Janie came to our house for the initial consultation and helped us navigate the flooring options and was great at helping us narrow things down and answer our questions. She was patient and very accommodating with lending us samples and even ordered a couple of boxes of our top choice so we could lay out more than a sample piece and really get a better sense of it in our space. Kevin and the Installation crew were great and graciously worked over the weekend in order to get the demolition and a large part of the install done while we were away for an extended weekend.
