"We recently installed luxury vinyl in our finished basement from Floor Coverings International. Our sales person Darrell was extremely helpful in showing us what was best for our floor choices. His digital tool allowed us to see our choices using a picture he had taken of the area. When we had more questions, he came back and showed us some more choices. We decided to move forward! The installers, Darrel and James came about a week later and started to prep the concrete floor for installation. They discussed with us what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions.
