"Mario was my salesman, I was choosing vinyl plank flooring to install in my master bedroom. I have wood flooring in the living room and tile in between he was patient, knowledgeable and great at helping match tones. His personality shined through and made the shopping experience fun. Mario ordered me samples to make my final decision and even came out the day of installation to check it out. Madson the installer was very professional, did a great job and was able to navigate the furniture in my bedroom all by himself. Floor looks great. I would definitely use them again"

"I cant express the amount of Communication that FCI Jacksonville had with us to get this flooring installed and priced. I mean one of thr owners comes to you when you are available and will speak with you personally I think that within itself is an incredible feature. The pricing was very fair and affordable. They also had a wide range of material for whatever you were wanting to do with your home. Whether you were renting, selling, or moving in I went from having a very gross orange floor to an incredibly new sand colored floor all within a day (900sq ft.). Christina is friendly and a very professional when she comes to your home and speaks with you. I encourage you all ( if you're looking to get a new floor installed) to atleast reach out to them for a quote. It couldn't hurt."
