Our new carpet is amazing! Amy gave great recommendations on the best product for our basement, taking into account our dogs and their needs as well. They love it! 😆 The carpet is so soft and plush, I Iove walking barefoot on it. And Reggie, our lab, sneaks down to take a nap on it, he never did that before! Many thanks to Amy and Rex for their awesome service. And to the install crew who worked quickly and professionally. They were great!

From the initial estimate with Amy, the job done by Alex and the consistent communication and job inspection from Rex…. I would say they nailed it! As someone who owns a small business, it was nice to get professional work and quality material at a competitive price. They did our whole basement and got it done in 2 days!

The company installers move your furniture. No need to hire independent mover. A real Plus! Installers were prompt, courteous And cleaned up and vacuumed when finished. Very pleased with FCI.
