The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that I never heard back from my sales rep after installation occurred. Once total money was sent no one bothered to reach out personally to see if I was happy. I recently wrote a review and gave it 4 stars only because my sales rep, Luke Beaver, called me the very next day and had not seen my review yet, to see how I liked the carpet installation, which by the way, was fantastic. So I am re-reviewing and giving 5 starts to this company and Luke Beaver for their outstanding work performance and ethical behavior. You can't go wrong with this company.

My husband and I live in Princeton Indiana and somehow connected with Jason. Even with the distance he, personally, came to our modest home and met with us. We chuckled about how we connected and he said that even though the distance things are sometimes meant to be. Jason spent time helping us make a selection for our forever home. He went over countless samples, price ranges and full room models. Our perfect flooring is now in place, laid by Jason's expert team. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International, South Central, IN! From start to finish we received a highly personal experience, experienced sales, experienced installation and we couldn't be more satisfied.

We had carpet installed by this company earlier this year. The installation team was professional, courteous, efficient, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks beautiful, and the quality of their work is evident. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their commitment to customer service. Last week, we experienced a small water leak that affected a portion of the carpet. After drying everything out, we contacted the company to see if we could hire them to come out and stretch the carpet and tack it down again. We fully expected to pay for the service and were simply hoping they would be available to help. Not only did they quickly agree to help, but they came out and took care of it at no charge. It's easy to find a company that can install carpet; it's much harder to find one that genuinely cares about its customers long after the job is complete. We are extremely pleased with both the installation and the follow-up service and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for going above and beyond!
