I had an excellent experience working with Floor Coverings International! From my initial inquiry through the entire process of exploring flooring options, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Luke was my main point of contact, and I really can't say enough good things about working with him. He was friendly, responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right flooring for our home. Luke and Nikki both came out to our house, brought a great selection of samples, and took the time to walk us through our options. They were extremely knowledgeable, offered helpful insights about materials and installation, and made several thoughtful recommendations based on our home and family's needs, including things we hadn't initially considered. I also want to give a special shoutout to Elizabeth! There was a particular flooring sample I wanted to see that wasn't readily available, and she was able to get it ordered quickly and even delivered it to our house while I was at work. That kind of attention to detail and customer service really stood out to me. Throughout the entire experience, communication was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, professional, and accommodating. It's clear that this team takes pride in their work and truly cares about helping customers make informed decisions. A big thank you to Luke, Nikki, and Elizabeth for making the experience such a positive one. I would absolutely recommend reaching out to them if you're considering new flooring!

We did not have a good experience. The initial sales call went well. Selecting and measuring was great.The first red flag was when they told me that one installer was going to do the whole job, because he only works alone. Seemed odd, but as long as he did a good job. Well, he was late every day that he was supposed to be here. Left a very messy worksite. Appeared very disorganized. When it came to day five, he said he would get it finished that day. At 3:00, he said a couple of hours. 8 hours later, still not done. Then didn't replace padding on stairs, claiming 20 year padding was better than new premium pad we paid for. When questioned about it, he said we would get a credit. That night he left at midnight, and the house was a complete wreck. Nothing moved back into place, trash and scraps left everywhere. We spent the next day cleaning and putting our furniture back in place. It ended up that the padding on the stairs didn't hold up and was lumpy. They ended up having to come back and replace the pad and the carpeting, because it would be damaged when removed. It was on order for more than 1 month. No one knows where the original pad went. 2 months later, he showed up with a completely different dirty pad. What happened to our new pad that was ordered? Who knows. There were multiple problems with the installation and I don't believe the stories about the padding were honest. Who reuses 20 year old padding when replacing carpet? I could not recommend them to anyone. This is a picture of the "new" padding for our stairs.

Floor Coverings International did a complete overhaul of all my home's upstairs flooring including all three bedrooms, the hallway, and the staircase, and I am thrilled with the final result! As a first time home buyer, I had a general idea of what I wanted but Jason was very kind and helpful during the home consultation and guided me to making the perfect choices. And the installation itself was fantastic. Kyle and his associate were hard workers and courteous. They were also willing to be flexible when the timeline for installation was changed and they had to work around my movers and furniture being dumped in their way. Highly recommend Jason and his team. Thanks for making my first home so lovely!

Great experience working with Jason an the FCI team who we trusted to remove and install carpet as well as refinish and stain multiple old pine floors - all while we were out of town. The wife and kids are very happy. This is a team you can trust to go the extra mile to get the job done!

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that I never heard back from my sales rep after installation occurred. Once total money was sent no one bothered to reach out personally to see if I was happy. I recently wrote a review and gave it 4 stars only because my sales rep, Luke Beaver, called me the very next day and had not seen my review yet, to see how I liked the carpet installation, which by the way, was fantastic. So I am re-reviewing and giving 5 starts to this company and Luke Beaver for their outstanding work performance and ethical behavior. You can't go wrong with this company.

My husband and I live in Princeton Indiana and somehow connected with Jason. Even with the distance he, personally, came to our modest home and met with us. We chuckled about how we connected and he said that even though the distance things are sometimes meant to be. Jason spent time helping us make a selection for our forever home. He went over countless samples, price ranges and full room models. Our perfect flooring is now in place, laid by Jason's expert team. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International, South Central, IN! From start to finish we received a highly personal experience, experienced sales, experienced installation and we couldn't be more satisfied.
