We purchased flooring and an installation package from a big-box store, to replace carpet with plank flooring in our newly purchased home. Long story short, the installation from the big-box store was continuously delayed for more than 6 weeks...and we still didn't have a scheduled install date. We were down to 2 weeks before move-in day, so I started making calls to other installers. Luke with Floor Coverings International saved the day! He contacted me right away and was able to get all the measurements/project specifications over the phone. That very same day, he provided me with an installation date (the next week) and assured me all would be well. He was absolutely right! Our floors turned out completely beautiful, and Oscar and his installation team completed the project in less time that was quoted. The price was higher than what we were quoted from the big box store, but after talking to other contractors, the price we paid was well within market range and given the rush circumstances we had, we got a very good deal! All in all, I can't speak highly enough of Floor Coverings International and should we have a project in the future, we will be calling them first!

I have to say 5 star is not a high enough ratings for Luke's professional, knowledgeable & attention to detailed sales rep for FCI. He was so was so good, he answered questions before we could even ask. Excelent, as well as Nate the installer, one man marvel for sure, unbelievable 3 rooms two days, perfect to say the least. Moved all the furniture & replaced exactly as well as all debris. Price was very affordable, finished area was amazingly beautiful. Thank you, thank you....
