"When the carpet in my bedrooms needed to be replaced I received three quotes. Two were from DIY home improvement stores (to use with store approved estimators and installers) and one was from Flooring International. The experience of working with Katie was a revelation. Having a single individual assigned to the project: estimation, communication, samples brought to my house, follow up and scheduling transformed and simplified the entire process. Her quote was right in the middle between the two DIY stores. There were far fewer visits and far fewer representatives to begin all over again with each time I asked questions or tweaked the project. With the first project completed I now have a second project underway. It is safe to say I I highly recommend this company and would work with them again."

"I had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International in Boca Raton from start to finish. Vince, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely communicative, responsive, and on top of the project at all times. Daniel, the job lead, was equally impressive. He communicated throughout the entire installation, paid close attention to the details, and did excellent work. The whole crew was professional, hardworking, and genuinely great to have in our home. They installed engineered hardwood using a glue down installation, and the finished floors look fantastic. Their recommendations on how to approach the job were right on point, the pricing was very competitive, and they worked quickly while also being flexible and accommodating with my schedule. "I would rate them 100 stars if I could! We were struggling with finding a replacement for our over 30-year-old kitchen/laundry room floor. The type of flooring we had is no longer made but we wanted a floor in a similar checkerboard type style which would match the aesthetic of our 70-year home. Every other flooring company that we contacted tried to talk us into something that we did not want - that is until we contacted Floor Coverings International! Ashley came out to our home and immediately understood what we were looking for! She didn't try to change our vision (as others had). She was up for the challenge and provided us with two options and many colors to choose from! We were even able to add a third color to our original plan to make our kitchen and laundry room look absolutely amazing! Kyle, our production manager, was onsite multiple times during the day of our installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He understood the design that we had created and made sure that the installation team understood it as well. The entire floor was installed in one day! The gentlemen installing the floor were extremely professional and were meticulous with every detail. Natalia, the office manager, made sure that all communication went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the entire process especially the end results! And the project came in under our original budget!
