"Shane Bullion, our Design Associate, was exactly who you would want to assist with choosing wood flooring. He is intelligent, having graduated from UT Austin with a Science degree so could compute the calculations quickly and accurately and his humor made us feel comfortable and confident. He wrote in advance to confirm our appointment (remembering to mention that I had just flown in from California), he arrived on time with samples and ideas of how to achieve the look my daughter wanted, promised the "white glove" services that Floor Coverings International is famous for, and finally he followed up with a thank you. While in the house he graciously put up with a hyperactive little dog (where the humor played in) and a homeowner who was not quite sure what she wanted, yet Shane guided my daughter to a happy decision. The company, and Shane, are so professional I know everyone would be happy with their service, and I highly recommend them."

"Design associate Shelley responded promptly and patiently revised the proposal times per my request. The quotation process is transparent and honest. They knocked off a few hundred bucks from the final bill after they decided the backer board was not necessary in my case. Kevin the owner is friendly and hands-on. He helped deliver the scaffold and follow up the next day after installation completion. Nice to work with together. The most important, the installation team, always arrived on time. Put enough protection on the floor. Polite and quiet. Clean up nicely after installation. Explain and update the installation process clearly when asked. Hope could work together sometime soon."
