Installation was great. Carpet looked better than expected. Installer respectful and helped move most of the furniture back to its original place. Very, very satisfied. I gave 4 stars because there was miscommunication about time of Installation that was a bit frustrating.

We couldn't be happier with our new carpet from Floor Coverings International! From the very beginning, Marty and his team were incredibly friendly, personable, and easy to work with. They came out for a free estimate, answered all of our questions, and offered pricing that was very competitive compared to the big box stores. The installation process exceeded our expectations. The crew completed our entire house in just one day, and they were so professional and helpful. They moved all of our heavy furniture, took great care of everything, and even put it all back together when they were finished—which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise! Our carpet turned out absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for great customer service, quality work, and fair pricing, we highly recommend Marty and his team. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I recommend Floor Coverings International highly. They brought carpet samples to my home to ensure my color selections were compatible with my furniture and walls. Carpet arrived in a reasonable amount of time after ordering and was installed soon thereafter. Installers were efficient and friendly and moved my furniture with care. The entire process was very easy. I am highly satisfied and love my new carpet.

We had gaps at the top of some of our hardwood planks. Bobby and Roger were initially just going to do an evaluation, and come back on another day to fix, but decided to take care of all problem areas while here which was so convenient! They were both so nice, informative and did an excellent job! Thanks again, guys!

FCI came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations. The timeline of everything blew us away, along with the communication from their team. Marty & Bobby were extremely helpful from beginning to end. From estimate to installation, we had new floors in a matter of no time. If you are in the market for new floors, we can’t recommend this company enough!

I shared a review here previously giving 3 stars , and just wanted to update anyone who may need future flooring. Sometimes things happen, sometimes the pour isn’t mixed right or enough, a lot of things come into play. Just trust these guys to get you right , because they will. I just wanted to say that Marty and Bobby reached out and handled everything accordingly. I think something that happens a lot , is just miscommunication..Especially in this line of work. - I’m glad that we could come to an agreement and get the floor dialed in like we wanted. They did go above and beyond and paid for the extra leveling and removed the floor 2x. I do gotta hand it to these guys for making it right. 10/10 recommend!
