We had gaps at the top of some of our hardwood planks. Bobby and Roger were initially just going to do an evaluation, and come back on another day to fix, but decided to take care of all problem areas while here which was so convenient! They were both so nice, informative and did an excellent job! Thanks again, guys!

FCI came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations. The timeline of everything blew us away, along with the communication from their team. Marty & Bobby were extremely helpful from beginning to end. From estimate to installation, we had new floors in a matter of no time. If you are in the market for new floors, we can’t recommend this company enough!

I shared a review here previously giving 3 stars , and just wanted to update anyone who may need future flooring. Sometimes things happen, sometimes the pour isn’t mixed right or enough, a lot of things come into play. Just trust these guys to get you right , because they will. I just wanted to say that Marty and Bobby reached out and handled everything accordingly. I think something that happens a lot , is just miscommunication..Especially in this line of work. - I’m glad that we could come to an agreement and get the floor dialed in like we wanted. They did go above and beyond and paid for the extra leveling and removed the floor 2x. I do gotta hand it to these guys for making it right. 10/10 recommend!

So.. I’m only writing this review because I feel for the price I paid, work should have been more professional and my floor should be level 100% across as that’s what the invoice said I was getting/paying for. I love the floor, but I think that I have been in a way ripped off. I was quoted originally $1200 which would include new trim and boardings around the entire room. Instead of paying the $1200 because the room is only 180 ft.². I asked if they could work on pricing as I would be in $1500 (with existing material I bought which was around $300). into a 180sqft room and still have two other bedrooms to do. They shot me an offer for $811.. no trim, no boarders. Just level floor and install my flooring. It’s installed, with “80%” which is I guess is the new 100% ? The floor is not level by any means by the garage or edges. Just to me seems like there’s a lack of communication, the production manager should have been on site over seeing my floor was being 100% leveled. Overall 5/10 for recommendations..

We chose this flooring company because they presented themselves as very professional during the estimate process. In hindsight, we should have insisted on a written contract before moving forward, and that part is on us. Unfortunately, the actual installation experience did not match the professionalism we were initially shown. The work crews/contractors were not very neat while working in our existing home. We had self-leveling concrete splattered on baseboards, adhesive left on top of laminate flooring, and doors left standing open during summer while the air conditioning was running. The self-leveling product also appears to have been used incorrectly, because the floors are still noticeably unlevel and buckling in areas even after the work was completed. This was one of the major reasons we hired professionals in the first place, so it has been especially disappointing. The on-site lead also seemed more focused on making outside contacts for additional side jobs than managing the project at hand. To give the benefit of the doubt, perhaps the crews are more accustomed to working in new construction environments rather than occupied homes, but attention to cleanliness and respect for the home were lacking throughout the process. About six months ago, the company contacted me to ask how things were going. I shared these concerns and was told someone would come out “ASAP” to address them. I understood we were heading into the holiday season and tried to be patient, but I am still waiting for any follow-up or resolution. Overall, the sales side of the company was polished, but the workmanship, job-site professionalism, and customer service after the sale did not meet expectations.

The team was professional, courteous, and considerate of our home. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the multiple projects they completed throughout our space and they made several trips to inspect progress and quality of work.
