The flooring we purchased was very high quality providing a toughness for pet traffic and beauty for appealing to the eye. Financing was available and easy to complete to cover what we needed for purchase. The installation was great with personable and friendly installers and care in moving our furniture. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your next flooring needs! We had four bedrooms including closets and a walk in done in 2.5 days.

It’s been a few decades since I needed to find a floor-coverings expert in this part of the country. But it didn’t take long to decide that I’d made the right choice in selecting Floor Coverings International of Fort Wayne. My first meeting was with their sales lead, Joe. Right away we struck up a friendly conversation regarding what I was looking for - and what the company had. I was astonished at the full breadth of samples in the company truck! It didn’t take too long to decide on some Luxury vinyl plank for the kitchen - fully waterproof and in a nice almost cherry color. After that the carpet for bedroom, Living room hall and family room came pretty easily. The next part was the most difficult! Waiting for the caroet to get to Fort Wayne. Once it arrived, however, the installation manager, Ike, was at my house with a crew at 8: AM sharp. I have never seen anyone work so quickly, or as efficiently as Juan and the crew! By the end of the day, all but the Bedroom were nearly finished. These guys were all very professional, quick, skilled, personable and I would not hesitate to use them again. You shouldn’t either!

We had a snag in our front entry area where our tile meets our living room carpeting. Joel answered our call Friday evening and Saturday morning Ike and team arrived and did their magic! Looks like new plus everyone was so very nice! Please use this company- great service and quality workmanship! Thank you!

They were very good to work with. The carpet is lovely. I keep stepping on the sharp edges on the carpet tack strips, though.
