When remodeling my house, Ethan from Floor Coverings International probably brought me 50+ different carpet & bathroom flooring samples to find the quality, style, & color to coordinate w/ my paint & furnishings. He was BEYOND patient with me & researched until he found perfect options! Since my original purchase, I've ordered twice more--1st a runner & then several months after that, two area rugs. When my area rugs were finished, Terry, the franchise owner, came, himself, WITH his teen son (on a weekend!) to help adjust my furniture & position the rugs. SO, when my neighbors mentioned their need for carpet, guess who I recommended!?! Yup, the best flooring guys I know! Guess where my neighbors bought their carpet!😂 YUP! Thank you, Ethan & Terry...You're the best! P.S. I wld add photos, but my house is torn to bits with furniture moved to the center of every room for the installation of all new windows.🙄

I had several rooms carpeted plus hardwood floor refinished! Floor Coverings International did an excellent job! Our refinished hardwood floors changing color to a honey oak stain really brightened up the house. All employees were very professional and worked hard.

I had a great experience with the company that installed my basement flooring. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The team did a wonderful job explaining the process, answering my questions, and making sure everything was done right. The finished floor looks beautiful and has completely improved the look and feel of my basement. I really appreciate their attention to detail, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work.

We recently decided to redo our floors and reached out to FCI. They came directly to our home with samples, which was so helpful because we were able to see the different options in our own space and lighting. Our experience with Floor Coverings International was great. They worked hard taking out the old floors and putting in the new ones. The choices they suggested were great. We love the natural look and feel of our floors. They made sure everything was level and did a professional job that was very much appreciated, especially because they had to do the whole house! I highly recommend their services.
