From initial sales visit through installation, we had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International. There was a delay with the shipping of our carpet, which was out of their control, but they did everything they could to make it right. We are so happy with our new carpet and glad we were able to work with a wonderful, locally owned business! Thanks Terry and Ethan!!

We had a great experience with floor coverings international. Ethan was very helpful in making carpet selections and was quick to communicate. We were able to get carpet installed only 3 weeks after meeting. The installers also did a great job. Would recommend!

Great experience recarpeting our basement! Responsive sales rep who provided a lot of options with no pressure. Install was quick to schedule and the install team did high quality work and put everything back exactly as we had it. Would recommend!

I needed carpeting for my downstairs. I called Floor Coverings International Carmel and made an appointment for them to come out. Ethan walked me through what was available and helped me pick the perfect pad and carpeting. He was very knowledgeable and not all all pushy. Once the installation was complete, Ethan arranged a follow up visit to check to see if everything was done properly. I would highly recommend this company.
