Working with Floor Coverings International was great. The company was referred by a handyman company when the repair work was more than they were equipped to handle. Everyone from the company I worked with was extremely friendly, prompt, efficient and professional. Once I reached out to Donna, she got back to me very quickly and we set up an appointment so she see the project and quote the job. The work was scheduled for their next available day and that was fine with my schedule. As the date got closer, Susie from the office reached out to confirm and dropped a couple of supplies off so the flooring installer would have what he needed and not have to stop at the shop first. Luis arrived as scheduled and after an unexpected change in scope, he got right to work. Because of the scope change, the job ended up being two days instead of one, but it was worth it. The room is finally back in use and I couldn't be happier with that, or with the experience with Floor Coverings International.

Installers were on time, professional, took the time to ask for my preferences and any concerns and did the job perfectly in a single day when we thought it would be 2 days!

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Our floors are now beautifully refurbished with oak laminate. Sincere thanks to the thoughtful and understanding salespeople who helped us choose the best product for us as well as to the skilled and courteous artisans who installed our new floors.

The whole process of our flooring project was seamless. Blake came and measured and I picked out the product that day! When installation time came he sent his crew Hector and Jose to do the project. They were so organized and strategic in their process. Never left a mess and did such great work. They even let the dogs annoy them throughout the project. Could not be happier with our floors, everyone that comes over says how good they look.

Thank you, Blake and the Flooring Coverings International Team for our new carpet!! Everything went perfectly smooth from consultation, order placement, installation and follow up. We are so thrilled that this huge task finally got completed. 5 stars easy! We will be recommending them to our friends for all their flooring needs.
