"We had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International of Southeast Indianapolis. They installed LVP throughout our basement and engineered hardwood upstairs, and the results are beautiful. The selection process was one of the best parts of the experience. Caleb came to our home with samples and was incredibly knowledgeable about color, products, and overall aesthetics while also being mindful of our budget. He was extremely patient as I worked through all the options, even when I changed my mind about three times! I never felt rushed or pressured, and we ended up with flooring that works beautifully in our home. During installation, the team discovered that our basement floor was not level enough for the LVP. Rather than just telling us it couldn't be done, they worked with us to find a solution so we could still get the flooring we wanted. The installation crew was incredibly hardworking. They put in long days, including weekends, to get everything completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the work. Jason also checked in with us regularly throughout the installation to make sure we were happy with the progress and the finished result. From the initial selection through installation, we felt like everyone genuinely cared about getting it right. Our floors turned out beautiful, and we would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International of Southeast Indianapolis."

"I struggled long and hard between a 5 and a 4; a 5 because of the superior customer service and care provided throughout by Jen, and 4 because of the minor damages and kinks caused during the completion of the project. I decided to err on the side of positivity, especially because we are very satisfied with the quality of the work. Ours was a restoration project, after a damage caused by a water leak, and the end result is truly remarkable. We are very happy! Jen recommended other contractors needed for work that is not covered under her company's scope and we used all of them for a complete restoration. I should also mention that the project cost was quite reasonable, and lower than most quotes we received (one was almost three times the quote provided by FCI - that one was not happening regardless). We would have gone with FCI even if it was not the lowest bid because it is a woman-owned business, and we like to support women-owned (and local) whenever we can, and because of the high ratings on the web."
