Jeff replaced my floors and lower cabinets, and while doing the work, he found mold. In addition to that he found a serious plumbing issue that was most likely the cause of the mold. He didn’t cut corners when replacing the floors, he handled everything the RIGHT way, including replacing the subfloors and making sure the problem was completely fixed. He was professional, stayed in communication, and didn’t give me any runaround. Everything came out great. I’d recommend him to anyone.

We were incredibly satisfied with the work done by Floor Coverings International Southwest Chicago. We had a persistent squeaky flooring issue, and thanks to their team, it’s now almost completely resolved. It’s an amazing feeling to walk across the floor and hear nothing but silence! While there were a few initial hiccups around the scope of the project, Jeff handled everything very professionally and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Jeff and his installers Javier Sr and Javier Jr did a fantastic job with our bathroom flooring. Absolutely love the floor we picked out. They were upfront about a plumbing issue with our toilet and went above and beyond to help us fix that. I would definitely hire them again for any other flooring services.
