Excellent customer service—went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Crew was very professional and did a great job with the install of our new flooring. We live in an older Chicago home with hardwood floors that squeaked almost everywhere you walked. They installed new flooring and were able to resolve the squeaking issue, and the new flooring looks beautiful! Couldn’t be happier.

Jeff and his crew were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process from bringing floor samples to my business, making sure the job would be within my budget, and even came and cleaned the floors after the installation to make sure I opened on Monday with a brand new beautiful floor. Out of all the flooring companies I have used throughout the years, I know I’ll never have to call another contractor as I have found “my guy”.

We were very pleased with the work from the first phone call to set up an estimate to the final inspection of the completed job three weeks later. We were kept up to date on the progress along the timeline. Installers were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Finally it was reasonably priced.
