Material was delayed and that was that. Once it arrived, install only took two days and everything was very professionally done, with special attention to corners and trying to work without any transitions between rooms. "Justin & Robin, with Floor Coverings International were WONDERFUL to work with from start to finish! Robin was willing to spend 2 1/2 hours with me on the initial consultation. It was a lot to digest for me as well as picking the color I wanted. I got Luxury Vinyl Plank since I have 3 dogs. I was told it would take 3-4 days. Well, thanks to the unexpected discovery of NO issues with my sub flooring, (which we all expected issues with due to so much dog pee on the old carpet, they finished in TWO DAYS!! They also did the flooring in the closet downstairs for no extra charge which was wonderfully appreciated. While the wrong color carpet was almost installed, they found one that was twice the price, super pet friendly, and even softer and did not charge extra!! The crew worked efficiently and tirelessly moving all my heavy furniture, small moving bags, lamps and all my other small items. They also put my desk back together so I didn’t need to hire my handyman again. Justin was great by putting the heavy items back for me. He also rehooked up my TV which he managed to kept going so my shows would record!! Not only that, since I am still recovering from a broken femur, he went down into my crawl space to change my furnace filter! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any project you may need!!"
