I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. They were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I was able to find exactly the floor color I was looking for, which was very important for my project. The delivery was very prompt, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied with their service and will definitely order from them again. Highly recommend!

We recently had our floors sanded, stained and refinished. Matt came out and gave us a great price. We are very happy with the finished floors. Because we have two cats, we opted to leave the house and stay in a hotel. The only wrinkle in the project was that we were quoted how may days it would take to do the work and that a "crew" would be coming in. As it turns out, one of their workers got married and took off for a honeymoon with no notice, leaving only one guy to do the work. So the project took days longer than we were told it would. Even so, I'd still recommend them, as the floors look great.

We are so please with our new engineered wood floors and our stairway carpet runner! We ultimately went with this company because the ratings, reasonable prices, and how friendly and helpful Matt was. He walked us through step by step on different options and he offered us any specials he had. He came to our home and did all measurements and brought samples to make the process easy. Mike and Art were our hardwood flooring installers and their work is amazing. They were so detailed and worked very hard at making sure the install was quality work. The carpet runner installers also did amazing and were so friendly and quick! We will continue to use this company for any future flooring needs!

We had an amazing experience with “Floor Coverings International.” They were informative,; they really listened to what we wanted in terms of the type of carpet we wanted when we just bought our new home. They stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, and we were SO VERY pleased with our new carpet! I cannot say enough about their people, their service, and their product!

Great price and install! The company was very thorough with the in home consolation and measuring the second floor. The installation was very professional, the installers took their time in every step, showing they cared about the install and product. We will for use them again for our basement remodel! Update 2/24/26, we had them floor our whole basement and carpet the stairs, and we absolutely love it!

The original salesman quit. Big surprise. The owner then came out, spent far far too much time at my home getting me a total. Upon reviewing the flooring he showed us as the only option it turns out it's cheap flooring that is not recommended for our situation. We were quoted far too much for this cheap alternative. When I asked for a cost breakdown it took the owner five days to tell me he wouldn't be providing one. Tells me "corporate" doesn't do that. Funny, the other companies I spoke to had no problem doing it. Tells me this company is hiding something, most likely that they are cheats. Find another company consumers! I am going with another locally owned small business that I was able to buy premium flooring from with a complete itemized cost breakdown. And the real kicker is I'm getting premium flooring for less that this companies cheap stuff.
