From the very beginning, Karen & Matt was incredibly helpful with follow-ups, scheduling our appointment, and assisting in selecting the closest match to our existing flooring. Matt, Karen, and Michael were wonderful to do business with. The purchasing process was very smooth with excellent communication. Installation timeline they provided was accurate.
