We had previously tried a big box store and we didn’t have a great experience. Working with Matt at Floor Coverings was so much better. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and the final result looks great.

I’ve worked with Karen and the team on three different projects now, both for one of my own properties and for client properties, and they’ve been great every time. Karen is incredibly responsive, reliable, and easy to work with, and she has even come through for me on short notice when I really needed it. The quality of the work has always been excellent, and I know I can trust her to take care of my clients and their properties.

From beginning to end they were great! Helped us pick the right carpet, had it delivered and installed quickly and we love it. The price was better than we expected. They even came out to do a follow up and answer any questions. The BEST flooring contractor!!

I had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. Matt came out to consult with me as I was deciding between hardwood flooring and carpet, and he provided helpful guidance along with competitive quotes. The installation team was timely, professional, and did a beautiful job. Afterward, the company inspected the work and followed up to make sure everything was completed properly. I’m very pleased with my new hardwood floors and the service I received. Floor Coverings International is an excellent company, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Came recommended by family saying they did great work. Everything was going smoothly until installation day when the installers showed up at my house with the complete wrong carpet. We asked for a dark brown carpet and they came with a light grey. My girlfriend and I immediately tried getting in contact with Matt. No response. While we were trying to contact him, his workers continued to install the wrong carpet. Below is my conversation with Matt trying to figure out how this happened in the first place. The only answer I’ve recieved from him is that when the carpet was delivered, he attempted to verify it but the carpet “looked darker than it was” due to the lighting in the warehouse. He didn’t seem to understand that his mistake was keeping us from moving in. The option he gave us was to move in and when the new carpet came in his installers would move my belongings around while they worked. Absolutely not. I’m not risking any of my belongings being broken/stolen by his crew. After several days of no contact/updates from him, he decided to take it upon himself to call my girlfriend’s mother in order to rectify the situation. This is completely unprofessional and inappropriate in my eyes, especially when she is not involved in the contract whatsoever. We ended up just taking a discount on the complete wrong carpet just to be done and put this entire situation behind us. Overall, this company lacks professionalism, proactiveness, and customer service. I would not recommend them at all unless they improve their customer service skills. I also see they enjoy replying to every review and I would love to see what they have to say about this situation because we fulfilled all of our obligations, yet we are the ones bearing the consequences for their mistakes.

Called them because their google reviews were excellent. My first impression is that they were people talking to people. Not a mindless corporation talking to a customer. This alone is enough to earn my business for life. But…..I had a unique situation and the got better! A family rabbit pried off the floor vent and crawled into the air duct. They came out and removed the flooring, cut a hole in the subfloor and assisted us with the extraction of the rabbit. Way above and beyond what any other company I called. They then returned to repair the subfloor and we picked out a new flooring that was more suitable for a bunny room. The choices were vast. The quality of the materials, the installation, and overall experience was well above 5 stars. Will use again and recommend often!
