We recently purchased carpet from Floor Coverings International (Plainfield, IL) for the first time. Our salesperson Micheal was great to deal with. He was very helpful and patient in the carpet selection and quoting process. Matt and Karen were great to deal with as well, and we were very happy with the installers. They were very careful to protect our home and furniture. We would highly recommend using FCI.

Floor Coverings International came in and saved the day for me. We had hired someone that really messed ip our new flooring. I called in a panic and within a few hours we had a time for Matt to come and let me know what they could do to help us out. Juan was confident in what he could do and we were able to get a really bad situation remedied quickly. They really did an amazing job! I have since shared their number with my neighbor and my dad because I wouldn’t trust anyone else at this point.

Very happy with the Shaw luxury vinyl plank that Floor Coverings International Plainfield installed! Matt did a great job of guiding me through the selection all the way to the installation. Very satisfied with Matt's follow up as well as the professionalism of the installers. Would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience having my flooring installed by them. Michael was very helpful with consultation and answering my questions after installation. Juan did an absolutely incredible job on a very challenging room with lots of quirks to work around, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of what was possible with that room.
