We had an amazing experience with “Floor Coverings International.” They were informative,; they really listened to what we wanted in terms of the type of carpet we wanted when we just bought our new home. They stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, and we were SO VERY pleased with our new carpet! I cannot say enough about their people, their service, and their product!

Great price and install! The company was very thorough with the in home consolation and measuring the second floor. The installation was very professional, the installers took their time in every step, showing they cared about the install and product. We will for use them again for our basement remodel!

The original salesman quit. Big surprise. The owner then came out, spent far far too much time at my home getting me a total. Upon reviewing the flooring he showed us as the only option it turns out it's cheap flooring that is not recommended for our situation. We were quoted far too much for this cheap alternative. When I asked for a cost breakdown it took the owner five days to tell me he wouldn't be providing one. Tells me "corporate" doesn't do that. Funny, the other companies I spoke to had no problem doing it. Tells me this company is hiding something, most likely that they are cheats. Find another company consumers! I am going with another locally owned small business that I was able to buy premium flooring from with a complete itemized cost breakdown. And the real kicker is I'm getting premium flooring for less that this companies cheap stuff.

The initial consultation was great with Micheal and the carpet is amazing. My issue is that we were told not to stress about moving things around and that it was the least of his concern and to get as much of the little stuff as possible which we did the best we could and it was kind of an issue when the installers arrived. The installers were pretty unprofessional to the point you could hear them burping loudly, usung our restroom and them going through our drawers in the bathroom after, and one was playing our son’s guitar. I saw on the website there was a 20% off promotion and I asked Micheal about it to which he stated “I gave you the best deal possible” and then changed the subject quickly. I asked for a detailed bill breaking down what the costs were for exactly to which he stated he would send and I still have not received. My guess is because I did not in fact get the best deal possible.

Karen on the phone was amazing to work with. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Matt came by to measure and bring samples and was extremely professional. Great prices and a very great company to work with. Highly recommend over any big box chain retailers in the Naperville/plainfield area!
