I had the easiest experience with the whole FCI team, from Larry bringing out the samples, to his wife making sure the installation was as seemless as possible. The carpet is beautiful and I would recommend them 1000 times over.

They were an awesome company to work with! The owners Larry and Hannah walked me thru the entire process. Brought samples to my home and explained in detailed the differences in the floor coverings. Great communication from day till installation. Love my floors and get tons of compliments!! If you are thinking of purchasing new flooring I highly recommend them!!!

Floor Coverings International was so great to work with on refinishing the floors of our new home. They removed the carpet and sanded and stained the hardwood floors underneath to match the rest of floors throughout the house. Larry and Liz were great to communicate with and made everything seamless. We already have them working on our basement floors now!

We had a wonderful experience working with Floor Coverings International! Larry & his team are very easy to work with, and go above and beyond to ensure that the finished product matches the vision. We had 2 rooms with carpet we wanted to replace with new hardwood. Both rooms required extra work to ensure they were level and transition well with the rest of the hardwood flooring in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome of our hardwood flooring project and would recommend FCI!

Larry was simply amazing. We called up, looking for some hard to find tile to finish a job that we were in the middle of. Larry not only found the tile, but purchased it from a competing store and brought it to our house — charging us only what he had paid for the tile! I mean, who provides that kind of customer service anymore? I’ll tell you who: Larry, the co-owner of Floor Coverings International on the North Shore. I recently had a need to replace some flooring after distcovering a broken water pipe in my home. I contacted Floor Coverings International. Their approach is to "custom fit" the flooring to your exact setting and its surroundings. I liked not having to visit a large showroom where the customer worries about how much of the price is related to the cost of maintaining a sprawling showroom and its utility costs. With FCI, the overhead is not gigantic and the sales personnel provided me with the best value for a given floor covering choice. I highly recommend FCI to others for their flooring needs.

Larry and Hannah at Floor Coverings International were awesome to work with for the carpet install in my office. They kept me in the loop the whole way, stuck to the timeline, and made picking the final product and color much less overwhelming. The carpet looks amazing and from start to finish I had my carpet installed in < 3 weeks. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for my next flooring project.
