Working with Linda on the flooring for our lake home remodel was a great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love the new flooring and how using it throughout our entire space opened everything up and made our home feel larger, brighter, and more connected. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially choosing a color that complemented the wood walls without matching, which would have overwhelmed the eye. On her recommendation we chose a slightly lighter option for our downstairs bedroom. It turned out even better than the original plan and fits the space perfectly. She also helped me design our mocha wood staircase, now a showcase feature in our home. It adds warmth, character, and an upscale feel that really elevates the space. Linda’s eye for design, problem-solving, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in our remodel. We are so grateful for her help and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

I asked them to come out and give us an estimate for hardwood. Two very nice women show up with samples. They supplied the estimate and the materials cost was much higher than the completion. I told them that and all of a sudden they matched the material price of other flooring stores. Why did I have to ask ? Seems to me they should have offered their best price from the beginning. As it was their labour cost was many times higher than others so declined their offer outright. Do your homework and get several estimates. The differences in pricing to get flooring installed is ridiculous.

I received a very thorough estimate on what the cost of the entire project from start to finish. I feel their representative James was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell and gave me lots of options. When he came to give me an estimate he brought dozens of samples so I could choose exactly what I wanted. Once I had decided which product I thought I would like he gave me all the information on that particular one , how it would hold up over time, warranty and options. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any type of flooring project. I would tell them he is fair, honest and very knowledgeable and gives it to you straight no hidden fees or add on’s.

We had the absolute best floor choosing/buying/ install experience with these folks at Floor Covering International. We walked into the office and owner Krista had this confidence about her that we had come to the right place. We were unsure of our timeline, unsure of our choices and unsure of what we were doing. Krista had the confidence that Amanda was who we needed to talk to. I was encouraged to send my dream pics to Amanda so she could bring samples. Amanda was completely available to us and showed up (and hosted 3 of our closest friends) and again had this confidence that we’d be satisfied. Amanda answered ALL questions and assured us that she’d be available during installation. Then came Robert for install. What an artist! I was anxious that he wouldn’t understand my concerns and that he might mansplain to me. He did not. He was professional, interested in my opinion, honest when he detected that I was uncomfortable and honest with me about his progress. Amanda continued to be available to me. Not one time did anyone blame or complain. Everyone took responsibility for their part and that means so much to a customer. I am definitely working with these folks again in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

Great company to work with! The vinyl stair treads at the office I work for (Mactac) needed replaced. I was tasked with finding a company to do the repairs and Floor Coverings International was close and offered a good price for the materials and labor. Will definitely be calling them again for any future flooring issues at the office!
