Steve Mobile, co-owner of Floor Coverings International serving Lake County, Illinois, brings over 30 years of expertise in sales and business development to the family-owned business. A lifelong resident of Lake County, Steve and his wife are dedicated to providing exceptional flooring solutions to their community. Beyond his professional achievements, Steve has a deep passion for volleyball, having played competitively for many years. He now enjoys watching one of his sons play at the collegiate level. As a proud father of five sons, Steve cherishes spending quality time with his family, finding joy and pride in their accomplishments. Janet Gedville, co-owner, brings a wealth of experience and a strong business acumen to our team. Originally from LeRoy, Illinois, Janet pursued her academic journey at Illinois State University, earning a Master of Science in Accounting. With a background spanning 31 years in banking and benefits administration, Janet has honed her expertise in business project management, organizational efficiency, process improvement, and team dynamics.

Amie Levad, the Marketing Director, grew up in Sycamore, Illinois. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Illinois University and a master’s in Educational Technology from the American College of Education. Amie transitioned from a nine-year career as an elementary school teacher to the flooring industry, where she merges her marketing expertise with a keen eye for detail and customer engagement. Outside of work, Amie enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and working with animals. She has also led campaigns for organizations like Toys for Tots and the World Wildlife Fund, reflecting her commitment to community and environmental stewardship.
Christopher Mobile, also a Design Associate, grew up in Zion, Illinois. With a background in home healthcare, Christopher is passionate about building relationships and helping people. He enjoys training his German Shepherd, Lucy, in basic obedience, reading, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing, and spending time with his family.
