I had a great experience with this locally owned business. Mark came out right away and provided a very reasonable written estimate, Jenny checked in daily with me to see how things were progressing and Antonio did an excellent job as you can see our new marble floor in our living room. He arrived promptly every day, was friendly and cleaned up meticulously when he was finished daily. As you can see, his workmanship is superb. I will be using them again for my next project which I had put off until I saw how this one was completed. Highly recommended and always glad to support local busineses.

Everyone was professional, courtesy and hard working. They always arrived on time and started the job right away. They were very aware of anything that could cause me to trip. They finished the job in Dark in two days and the results are amazing. The owner of the business, Preston, was very helpful in finding a floor very close to the one we had to replace. Beyond that when he found out my sister was in the hospital, he asked about her several times. I can’t say enough about this wonderful company except to say I highly recommend them.

We are more than pleased with the work that Floor Coverings International did for us! We got multiple quotes from different company’s and they were by far the most professional, personable and affordable. We had our entire upstairs carpet redone, as well as, carpets stretched on the main floor and patched a piece of carpet in the basement. The previous owners of our home had cats that peed everywhere upstairs. FCI sealed our subfloors and installed the new carpet. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The patch that was done in the basement looks as if it was part of the entire carpet already. Beyond the superb work that was done, I felt that this company really cared which is an anomaly in a lot of businesses today. If you want immaculate install and outstanding service, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Metro Southeast Kansas City, MO.

I can't say enough good things about the FCI team. We ran into a major issue during closing when the floors in our new house were damaged as the sellers moved out. Austin came out immediately to assess the damage, gave us a competitive quote, and had his team working magic in record time. The floors look fantastic, and the professionalism displayed by the entire team was second to none. FCI turned a stressful situation into a complete success, and we will definitely be using them for future home projects!

I cannot say enough good things about Floor Coverings International Flooring! After a recent renovation, they exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Paul Sadlyk, the production coordinator, went above and beyond for me. He came to my home multiple times with samples until we found the exact look I was hoping for. In fact, they custom-made this floor strictly for my project. Fabrication took 2-3 weeks, and the floor was installed in 2 days! Paul’s dedication and communication throughout the process made everything stress-free. The installer, Jessica, was second to none. Her attention to detail, precision, and workmanship were absolutely fabulous—the finished floor looks incredible. Special thanks as well to Jonathan Frydman (President) for his hands-on support throughout the project. It is rare to find a company that delivers this level of custom craftsmanship, speed, and customer care. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for top-tier flooring and exceptional service!
