Not a good business. The floors were very expensive even for the cheapest ones. Plus they didn't want to fix the erupting floors they put in. I contacted corporate already

I am posting this because I am being bombarded with emails to post a review. I got the carpet in my master bedroom replaced. Thomas was easy to work with and got it scheduled within a week for me. I had issues with the carpet pricking me in the edges and ripping out in the corners. They sent someone over quickly to fix that. That problem still persists and I was told that it is what keeps the carpet in place. I have not experienced this with any other carpet and it's quite painful if you step on the edge. I also reached out to them regarding giving a quote to remodel my kitchen floor. I got a reply asking for possible dates which I provided then no follow up. Oh well. My experience with the carpet didn't compel me to followup.

Thomas, and the team did a great job replacing my damaged wooden floor. Firstly, Thomas came out to give an estimate, and was very through presenting the different options of floors I can choose from. Once I selected my desired floor, the team quickly coordinated with my property manager to reserve the elevator and provide insurance for appointment . The following week Mike who was a great installer completed the installation in one day. I highly recommended working with them on any flooring project small or big!
