From estimate to finished floors everything went as planned. One hiccup at final inspection but team came back the next day to fix. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend. Dawn was very friendly and professional.

Vince was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. His professionalism and consultative nature won me over. He first sought to understand my situation and needs, then asked clarifying questions to help me hone in on the right choices, so I was able to make a timely decision. The installation did take longer than originally expected, but that was due to the need to relevel the concrete floors of the 2nd floor condo. The installation crew was great to work with, experienced and professional as well. Vince made sure to stop in at beginning, middle and end of the installation to ensure everything went as planned. Overall a great experience, and certainly will work with Vince and Floor Coverings International the next time I have needs, and will enthusiastically recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Vince was able to provide a carpet solution when other companies were unable to. Due to the material of the tole surface out first company came out and told us they could not carpet over the title. Enter Vince. He was able to save the day in a quick turn around carpet out basement at a great price. With superb customer service, great quality and a fair price, you cant beat calling vince for your flooring needs!

Vince and his team did an excellent job installing laminate in one of my condo bedrooms. He adhered to all of the condo regulations concerning type of flooring, padded elevator use and discarding waste properly. The workers used the balcony to cut flooring pieces and attached a bag to capture dust, so my neighbors' balconies were not covered in dust. Finally, I like that Vince shows up at both the beginning and end of the project.
