Excellent service from the very beginning—Mr. Morgan took the time to explain the installation process, ensuring everything was sanded and leveled for a high-quality job by the installers. It was perfect, and now I’m thinking about doing the second floor as well. Excellent service from start to finish; I recommend them 100%.

I am very happy that I chose Floor Covering International in Downers Grove to replace the carpet with engineered hardwood on my 28 stairs and the 3rd level of my townhome. From my first conversation with Morgan I felt that he really listened to me and he provided feedback and samples of product that would fit in my home. Morgan assured me that FCI would do a great job on the install and I would be very happy with the results if I decided to work with his team, and he was correct. The entire team including, the project manager Sam Dwyer, manager of the installation team Jason, the awesome installation team of Jose and Hector, and the very talented Michael the painter did an awesome job transforming the look of my home. With the few hiccups that came with a large installation project like mine, Morgan's team was right there to resolve the small issues right away, and that spoke volumes to me. The team is customer focused and all about building customer relationships. Everytime I walk up stairs to the upper level of my home it feels like I am walking in to a brand new space and I so happy with the end result. Thank you Morgan Dugan and the entire FCI Downers Grove team for the wonderful job you did. I look forward to working with the team again when I am ready to replace the carpet in the lower level of my home.

We just completed a 20,000 sqft ballroom with FCI (Downers Grove). Morgan and Sam were HUGE help with sourcing, laying, matching pattern of a custom ordered carpet. Their carpet install team was professional and efficient. Planning out the install with ongoing events booked, was executed with extreme professionalism. I would hands down blindly trust them for our businesses and personal projects from now on. The team is just absolutely incredible!

Enjoyed meeting the owner and working with him in deciding which colors would go together. Love the blue carpet and keeping my floor clean will be much easier. Did this for myself but also for my children for the future. Men were so kind and genuine it was a pleasure knowing them. Amazing how they work as a team. I thank everyone involved making this work out for me. Prayers and blessings be with you all. Camille DeRenzis ❤️ ❤️

We recently hired Floor Coverings International to replace the tired old carpeting in our restaurant’s entryway and pub room, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew was professional, delivered top-quality installation, and stayed completely on time and on budget. To top it off, we discovered the owner is actually a regular guest at our restaurant—it’s always a pleasure to return the support to a fantastic, locally owned business. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Highly recommended!

Floor Coverings International of Downers Grove just completed installing around 900 square feet of hardwood flooring on our 1st floor and it turned out beautiful. Hector and Jose did a great job and were very respectful during the noisy, messy and disruptive process. A couple of really minor hiccups but all turned out well. The staff there was very easy to deal with. The owner Morgan Dugan did the quote and Sam was the project manager. I would use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Morgan and his team to do our laundry room floor. He was great about communicating updates and giving us options to fit our needs. The team also was very agile when it came to some unexpected obstacles but handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. On top of everything else, they offered a great price and quality materials.
