We recently hired Floor Coverings International to replace the tired old carpeting in our restaurant’s entryway and pub room, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew was professional, delivered top-quality installation, and stayed completely on time and on budget. To top it off, we discovered the owner is actually a regular guest at our restaurant—it’s always a pleasure to return the support to a fantastic, locally owned business. Floor Coverings International of Downers Grove just completed installing around 900 square feet of hardwood flooring on our 1st floor and it turned out beautiful. Hector and Jose did a great job and were very respectful during the noisy, messy and disruptive process. A couple of really minor hiccups but all turned out well. The staff there was very easy to deal with. The owner Morgan Dugan did the quote and Sam was the project manager. I would use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Morgan and his team to do our laundry room floor. He was great about communicating updates and giving us options to fit our needs. The team also was very agile when it came to some unexpected obstacles but handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. On top of everything else, they offered a great price and quality materials.
