We just hired Floor Coverings International to do a job for us in Woodhaven, Queens. Their work is incredible; they transformed this home completely. Their staff was polite, prompt, and very neat upon completion of the job. I’m looking forward to using them again for our next job! Morgan and team were great! We re-did hardwood floors and carpeted rest of the house. They also refinished the stairs and made it the focal point of the house. Great work!

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International (Downers Grove). We had some floor damage due to a water leak. I requested quotes from 3 local floor vendors. Morgan Dugan (owner) of FCI quickly responded and we scheduled an initial design meeting. One other vendor was slow to respond and wasn't very flexible in doing the little things. The other vendor never responded at all. During the initial design meeting Morgan listended to our needs and preferences and was extremely helpful in showing us the multiple wood floor styles and samples available. Measurements of the floors were taken and we had a proposal in our hands the next day. Morgan and his entire team are extremely flexible, respective and responsive to their customers. We are very happy with our new floors. Project was completed in 3 days. Any minor issues were professionally handled. Morgan personally walked thru the house upon completion to insure that we were fully satisfied with the work. The quality of the overall installation was excellent. Cuts on the wood were perfection and seams on the floor were tight and flat. If you are seeking a flooring company that provides quality service with personal involvement to the project, I would highly recommend Floor Covering International of Downers Grove Illinois.
