Thank you to Morgan Dugan and the entire FCI Downers Grove team for making our church narthex so gorgeous. Your team has been so responsive and flexible, getting the work done during Christmas Break since we were not in school at that time. We truly appreciate how beautifully everything turned out, and it will be enjoyed for many many years to come at Bethany Lutheran Church & School. Floor Coverings International installed carpeting in our school office, Narthex, and hallway. Their team worked over our Christmas break, handled all the furniture moving, and completed the installation efficiently with minimal disruption. The carpet looks beautiful and has been wearing extremely well. We are very pleased with the quality of both the product and the service. We recently (Jan/Feb 2026) had Floor Coverings International remodel our master bathroom shower following a cracked shower base. From talking us through options for repair/replacement to meeting us at the tile showroom and helping us envision the different styles and finishes, Morgan was hands-on to help us. When the initial installation had a few issues with tiles offset/miscut, the team came back and fixed the issues at no cost.
