We recently (Jan/Feb 2026) had Floor Coverings International remodel our master bathroom shower following a cracked shower base. From talking us through options for repair/replacement to meeting us at the tile showroom and helping us envision the different styles and finishes, Morgan was hands-on to help us. When the initial installation had a few issues with tiles offset/miscut, the team came back and fixed the issues at no cost.

Morgan was great to work with during the flooring quote process for our office. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very transparent throughout the process. He communicated clearly, walked us through different options and pricing, and made everything easy to understand. The pricing was fair, and I’d absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for flooring.

We just hired Floor Coverings International to do a job for us in Woodhaven, Queens. Their work is incredible; they transformed this home completely. Their staff was polite, prompt, and very neat upon completion of the job. I’m looking forward to using them again for our next job!
