We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. They came directly to our home with a wide range of samples, which made it so much easier to compare options alongside our existing floors, furniture, and finishes. That level of convenience really took the stress out of the selection process. Scheduling was quick and efficient—they were able to get us on the calendar within a couple of weeks. The installation itself was incredibly fast (our stair runner was done in about an hour), and the team did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Joey, the owner, was on-site during the installation to oversee everything and make sure we were completely satisfied, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for our next flooring project!

I love my new carpet!!!!!! Working with Joey and Kim to select my bedroom carpet was effortless. They made everything so simple. And, then the installers!! They were so gentle with moving furniture, putting everything back where I wanted, not to mention installing the carpet perfectly!! I would highly recommend, and will be returning for my next flooring project. Thanks team!!

This was one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. Very reliable and easy to work with. I even had some bad floor that was put in and they replaced it without a hassle and they were on top of everything. Highly recommend

Joey took time with me to help me figure out what I wanted for my stairs. Brought carpet samples to my house He communicated with me constantly to give me updates. The install date went just when he told me. No delays. The installer was amazing in his work. Fast, neat work and then cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International to everyone

Joey and his team do great work in the northern suburbs. They are very knowledgeable on all the options for your space, they bring samples into your home so you see how it works with your color scheme, and he goes above and beyond from a service perspective. I send my customers to this Floor Coverings International location and I feel really comfortable doing so!
