Owner Brian went above and beyond — he came to our home twice to show samples, making the entire process easy and stress-free. No hauling yourself to a showroom; he brings everything right to your door! We were absolutely thrilled with the installation of our stair runner and bedroom carpets — they look stunning and the quality is outstanding. Production manager Chuck was equally impressive, communicating promptly and keeping us informed every step of the way. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers, not just the sale. A small business with big-time professionalism and heart. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be calling Brian again for future projects. Highly recommend!

They were not the cheapest option, but the had the most options and were super detail oriented. The designer made sure the stairs that use to be carpet matched the floors in the rest of the house. They have a partner bank that offered 0% financing for 1 year which was a plus.

We had engineered hardwood installed and sand and finish to match in our condo. FLC worked with out HoA regulations and our property management throughout the process to ensure rules were followed. We're very happy with the final product!

I hired FCI to repair my kitchen floors and subflooring which had substantial water damage from a prior leak. While we were at it, we also did the living and dining room. Excellent experience! From the design consultant Jessie, to the guys who showed up to replace the floor, everyone was very kind, communicative and clearly knew what they were doing. Priced competitively. Would absolutely hire again!

We wanted to turn our spare bedroom into a workout room. We wanted gym type flooring (rubber type material) for the treadmill we were buying. Jessie came out and brought us several great options. She was professional and super knowledgeable. We had planned to get a few estimates but after meeting Jessie we were sold. The flooring went in and it looks amazing. Even the treadmill set up guys were impressed. We will totally recommend this company and/or use them again for any flooring needs we may have. I’m including a photo and you can see what an amazing job they did! We now have a well balanced treadmill as well as a perfect yoga space!

Jessie was great to work with during the design phase. She helped us think through options, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was well planned before work began, which made a big difference. Once the project moved into execution, Chuck and his team were incredibly helpful. The flooring and stair work was done with care and attention to detail, especially on the stairs where precision really matters. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the space was kept as clean as possible throughout the process. It was clear there was strong coordination between design and execution, and the end result reflects that. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for quality flooring and stair work done right.
