The FCI team did a great job with the runner for our stairs, even taking the time to do some complex corners. Their communication was great throughout the process. We got excellent service and workmanship and very happy with the results.

We wanted to turn our spare bedroom into a workout room. We wanted gym type flooring (rubber type material) for the treadmill we were buying. Jessie came out and brought us several great options. She was professional and super knowledgeable. We had planned to get a few estimates but after meeting Jessie we were sold. The flooring went in and it looks amazing. Even the treadmill set up guys were impressed. We will totally recommend this company and/or use them again for any flooring needs we may have. I’m including a photo and you can see what an amazing job they did! We now have a well balanced treadmill as well as a perfect yoga space!

Jessie was great to work with during the design phase. She helped us think through options, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was well planned before work began, which made a big difference. Once the project moved into execution, Chuck and his team were incredibly helpful. The flooring and stair work was done with care and attention to detail, especially on the stairs where precision really matters. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the space was kept as clean as possible throughout the process. It was clear there was strong coordination between design and execution, and the end result reflects that. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for quality flooring and stair work done right.

We received several bids to carpet our bedrooms, but I liked Jessie Keener's help with choosing the best one, and its reasonable price. Both Jessie's continuous support and project manager Chuck going beyond what was expected (by dismantling and reconnecting our Zoom Murphy bed) were invaluable. Plus, we love our new carpet! Working with FCI was a great experience all around. I booked a consultation on Thursday and Jesse was able to come by the following day, we picked out samples and they were ordered when she went back to the office. Everyone was on-time, friendly, and the price was fair. I wanted to work with a local installation company (not a Lowe's or Home Depot) and this was a great choice. FCI also helped me with an itemized invoice that I needed post-project for insurance purposes which was a nice touch. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was helpful and polite, I would definitely recommend this company.

Brian Pokorny and his team were terrific to work with from start to finish! They provided samples for us to look at during our first in person meeting. The flooring was selected, purchased and personally delivered by Brian and his team. We used a different installation team which Brian knew about ahead of time but was very willing to supply just the product for us. Brian went above and beyond for us and we would work with him over and over again. Thank you for a great first time experience!
