From start to finish, Calvin and his crew were awesome to work with! He helped communicate everything through the process very clearly. His crew was very professional and the end result looks even better than what I thought it was going to look since our house was so old and very unlevel. Not only did Floor Coverings International do a great job of installing our new kitchen floor, the care they took while doing it was just as impressive. The price quote I was given made me stop getting estimates. It was a yes the moment I was told the price. These guys cleaned up every scrap of debris. They took great care walking through our home with equipment. FCI even went above and beyond. I had one bad wood plank in our living room and ask them if they could replace it, I couldn't even tell where it was replaced? It was seamless! FCI is our go to for any and all flooring jobs in our home. Thank you Calvin for making us feel comfortable and confident for choosing your company.

The process was very thoroughly explained. The first of two parts, replacement of old carpet with new hardwood has concluded. The repositioning of furniture, rip-out of carpet, cleanup and area prep were done very professionally. The 2-man crew did an impeccable job of the new installation, abutting the existing hardwood with zero visible seams throughout. 60% of the work was completed on the first day, with the balance on the second partial-day. The results are visually stunning. I am extremely pleased. Subsequently, I've received instructions on care of the flooring. The second part of the work will be the stripping and refinishing of the older hardwood.
