Team the guys that refinished two of my bedrooms and put a new hardwood in a third, they did a fantastic job. They were very meticulous and they made sure that I was very happy with the final product.

We love our new carpeting!! We worked with Judy to select carpeting for our six bedrooms and looked at many, many of the samples Judy had in her van to try and narrow down our choice of style and color. Judy was very resourceful and knowledgeable about the various products and went out of her way in suggesting and obtaining additional luxury samples when we did not initially see exactly what we envisioned. She was extremely patient throughout this whole process, very friendly and easy to work, and an excellent communicator. She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, which we had a lot. Her quotes were easy to understand and firm. She coordinated really well with the installers and they were professional , polite and neat and finished the job on time. 100% recommend working with Judy and FCI!

We love our house and our 2 1/4” white oak floors needed attention after decades of use. Floor Coverings International of Bridgeview gave us a comprehensive and competitive bid So we knew what to expect and how to plan and prepare for the work in our home. They quoted 5 days and got our entire first floor refinished in 2 1/2 days. The floors look great and we are very satisfied with the quality of work and the reasonable cost. I am recommending them to anyone I know interested in getting new flooring or refinishing their existing.

I scheduled for Judith to come out for a quote. She No showed on me. I asked for another date to get a quote and requested a different worker. They sent Judith anyway. She looked around and took a bunch of photos and videos to send to a colleague for assistance in gauging cost for leveling my floor then left. She never showed any flooring options and never heard from her since. I would never recommend this business to anyone. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE…Hope yours will be better if you proceed with this business. Thanks for wasting my time guys!🙄🙄
