cause they font get back with you when there it a problem and a defective carpet. no phone call or nothing. you have to keep bugging them. it's been going on three months and still nothing. Rockey keeps changing his story on anything that has happen. don't know why but does. not happy at all

The owner Rocky takes very good care of his customers and has very fair prices. I had vinyl wood flooring put in my house and not only was it affordable but they did an excellent job. My house looks beautiful. It only took them two days to rip out the old carpet and put in new flooring. It was painless and the installers were so kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install new flooring in their home. I was very pleased with their work.

Rocky and his team are amazing! Rocky came to measure my house and brought carpet samples. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, kind and most importantly, he was honest and fair. My carpet was also installed a week earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend Rocky with Floor Coverings International and the team!
