I did not get to get my floors done sadly but I had them give me an estimate on redoing the flooring in the apartment we were in! They were awesome! Andrea knows her stuff and was kind about the budget we were wanting to stay within and really advocated for us! Everyone was so great at communicating and answering all of our questions and little worries! Heather made sure to let me know everything that was happening and was so real! They are all so friendly and really make you feel like you become a part of their family! I would 100% recommend!!

Andrea came to our home and brought all of her samples. It was incredible and so convenient. We were able to see all of the different options and ultimately decide what we want from the van. She is so kind and helpful through all of it. Would 100000% recommend Floor Coverings.

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Andrea and her team are professional, thorough and experienced in exceptional customer service. We had them replace the carpet in our basement about a month ago and could not be happier with the outcome! Andrea brought samples to the house so I could see how the options work with our paint in the lighting in our home. The installation crew moved furniture, removed the old and installed the new carpet and put all the furniture back in great order. We love our new carpet and are so thankful to have worked with Andrea and her team!

Floor Coverings International did great work on our floors even though the basement floor required extra time to level. From owners to installers, everyone was friendly and professional. Floor Coverings International of South Idaho is a top notch flooring company! It was so nice to have them meet directly with us in our own home while being able to hold the carpet samples up to walls and next to adjacent flooring and also using their technology application that allows you to view the flooring in your space. Andrea did an excellent job of showing us all the options available and helping to find the best match for our needs and wants. Heather and the rest of their office staff took great care of us each step of the way with excellent communication from start to finish. Skyleur ensured we had a great install experience and their installer, Jason, exceeded our expectations with his quality install! I am IN LOVE with my new carpet! Andrea was so kind to come out and take all the time I needed to look at so many carpet samples. It only took her a few minutes to measure a rather complicated layout, and it was measured perfectly. I was SHOCKED by the amount of options she had in her van!!! But, THE BEST THING, was having the samples IN MY HOUSE! I have taken so many samples home (paint, carpet, tile) over the years, thinking I’d found the perfect one for my project…and then, when I saw it in my actual space, it was NOT GOOD! So, holding the sample up to my walls and my wooden stairs any my furniture…I was able to find what I loved with ease! The installation was also wonderful. Our installer was there, right on time, and worked hard for us. He was great at communicating and the finished project is a DREAM!!!! 17+ years of children, makeup, fingernail polish, food, dogs, soda, dirty feet, barf, sand, shoes, toys…. All of it!!! Now it’s perfect and ready for all of that again, but with my grandchildren in charge of the messes🥰 Enjoy the before…during…and after pictures!!!

We had such a positive experience with Andrea and the team at Floor Coverings International. We contacted them to look at what we thought was a tiling issue in our home, and Andrea could not have been more professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful. She connected us with Brian, a tiling expert with more than 20 years of experience. He came out, carefully evaluated the problem, and determined that the issue was not actually with the tile, but with the construction of the wall behind it. What impressed us most was how willing Andrea and Brian were to help, even after it became clear that this was not really a flooring issue. They took the time to explain what was happening and helped point us in the right direction. Everyone we dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are truly grateful for their help and would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for a company that is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about its customers.
