Our experience was exceptional! Working with Andrea and the team at Floor Coverings International of South Idaho made our project much, much easier and we love the new flooring that was installed. Our kitchen flooded and ruined a large amount of flooring, so we needed our carpet and wood laminate flooring replaced pronto. The service that Andrea provides is top notch. FCI has a "mobile showroom", so Andrea will arrive with samples. She takes the time to talk with you, look at your project, your house, assist with selections and give you a quote while she is there. We had Floor Covering International repair the flooring under a desk that had been damaged by an office chair. We were so pleased with their work. They had to replace about 4-5 boards of luxury vinyl & it looks so nice you can’t even tell it was repaired. The rate they charged was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again!

My wife and I had planned on replacing our old land ugly laminate flooring along with some carpet for a long time. We attended the Home Show at Mountain America Center where we met Andrea. After a very pleasant consultation we chose to have the company replace our flooring with Andrea’s suggestions. Flooring was ordered and installed in May by their contractor, Chris. We chose a higher end laminate by Mohawk and the results were amazing. The install was done in a meticulous and careful manner with a high degree of fit and finish. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any flooring projects.

The staff at FCI were helpful and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. They even delivered materials on Sunday so the installer could come in on Monday and get started first thing in the morning. They told me the job would take 2-1/2 days. The installer had it done in 1 day. I would definitely recommend FCI.

They are a great company to work with and very good at communicating all the steps and procedures. They installed both carpet and linoleum in our basement. There are no “extra fees” with this company they are very fair and honest to work with. I would do business with them every time I need flooring.
