From the sales appointment with Baltazar through the demo and installation of the new LVP flooring and the installation of the new baseboard trim, everyone was so professional, thorough, and kind. Tim, who oversaw the project, coordinated everything for us, from adjusting the timeline with our other contractors; he was amazing. A super great communicator. He kept us informed of unforeseen issues and offered solutions along the way. We cannot say enough about Erik and his expertise in the installation of our LVP - words cannot express what an artist and professional he is. His attention to detail is phenomenal, and he takes so much pride in his work. He covered a step for our master bathroom garden tub that looks and matches so perfectly. We are so pleased with our choice of Floor Coverings International for our flooring and installation. The bid was half of what a brick-and-mortar store quoted for the same flooring. We are completely satisfied and really happy with the entire installation and process. WELL DONE!

We updated our bathroom flooring with new tile, and the improvement is immediately noticeable. The installer took time to level the surface before placing each tile, which resulted in a smooth finish. The project took about three days, including drying time. Compared to our previous flooring, this looks much cleaner and feels more durable. The grout lines are even, and everything lines up perfectly. It’s a relatively small project that made the bathroom feel more updated and easier to maintain.

Baltazar, a salesman with 35 years in flooring, was an exceptional communicator. He observed our style and colors and picked out our first choice flooring on his first try. We were fortunate to get Alex as our Installer. He was thorough, steady, and very precise. He didn’t make a single mistake. We love how the same flooring everywhere unifies the space and gives it energy.
