One of the best parts is that they bring the whole entire showroom right to your home, making it super easy to see what works in your space. Floor Coverings International and in particular, Baltazar, helped us get our house back together after a leak damaged our floors. He was patient, knowledgeable and organized. He responded to texts immediately and always found answers.His genuine personality, professional knowledge along with a honest bid is why I ultimately went with this company. The whole team was attentive and understanding and we appreciate their responsiveness. Our floors look great, thanks to Juan and Joanie’s hard work. I will come back to Floor Coverings International, when it is time to re-floor the rest of the house. They go above and beyond and will earn your trust.

We had a an overall great experience with this company. We had been wanting to get our master bedroom and guest bedroom carpet removed and LVP installed to match the rest of the house. The LVP in our hallway had been discontinued and the team at Floor Coverings International Boise took the time to come out and look at the old LVP and order samples for us to see in person. This whole process couldn’t have been smoother. Alex, the installer was quick, efficient, and very professional. After installation, the company reached back out to us to ensure satisfaction and scheduled a time for a final walkthrough. During this time, the manager came out and was very thorough in his inspection and made sure everything had been done up to our expectations. Incredibly pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company!
