Sarah came out and measured floor and explained what they would do during installation. Very professional. Jeff was very helpful with finding transition trim pieces and worked with our time schedule. The installers were courteous and professional about the installation of our LTP flooring.

I contracted Floor Coverings Int to help me with a popping sound and two other noises from the flooring on my second floor. They were very responsive, priced fair, and got out to me the very next day. The gentlemen that showed up were very polite and skilled. The work was completed quickly and i was very satisfied with the results. Fast forward a few weeks and, unfortunately, the popping sound returned. (The other two fixes remained perfect) I requested another visit which was promptly agreed to and arranged. The same team came back out and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. We never fully got the popping to disappear, but they made it tolerable and fixed several other creaks along the way. Very pleased with the service i received. Brett, the owner, was also very quick to follow up with me after each visit to ensure i was satisfied. In all, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company or Misael (the flooring contractor) to anyone!
