They did a great job removing and installing new carpet and baseboards. They even scheduled the job between Christmas and New Year while I was on vacation! They were fantastic to work with!

We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International. My husband and I had just bought our first home and we had removed the carpeting in our living room to discover only the plywood subfloor. We had expected that the house would have hardwood floors being that it was older. However, it did not. We had tried hiring someone else to install LVP and they ended up canceling on us the night before installation. At this point is when I found Floor Coverings International, Brett the owner, came out and did an in home estimate. He was amazing and very willing to help us find the best solution for our situation. We were going to need subfloor repair and leveling, he was also willing to work with the flooring we had already purchased. However, we decided to return the previous flooring and purchase Coretec LVP through Brett. He was extremely informative and really made us feel taken care of after having gone through a negative experience with the other flooring person. The installers were also amazing and did a great job. They installed the floors in one day when it originally was supposed to take two. We would definitely go with this company again for any other flooring needs!

First experience with this company and I’m submitting this review even before the work is done. I contacted Brett Johnson the owner regarding help replacing or fixing a hardwood floor register that had broken. His company did not install the original floors yet Brett was willing to manufacture a new register at no to nominal cost. He came to the home to look at the area and take measurements in person. He is a very kind and gracious man offering to help with no strings attached.

The carpet is fantastic! The installation went very well—the crew was very easy to work with and friendly, and the whole project looked wonderful when it was completed. Brett is great to work with, and I highly recommend!
