I only needed a special-order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. I called the manufacturer to get the part number and they gave me the numbers of a couple of distributors as they do not sell direct. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up. Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day! I was notified by text of the status of my order and kept up to date. Exceptional customer service, especially considering that this was a very small order from a new customer and that another distributor didn't want to be bothered with it!

FCI did a great job installing new tile on our 3 showers. The water now properly flows into the drains and does not leak into the bathroom. Chafic kept us up to date during the whole process. His subcontractor, Jim ,personally installed the floor tile and it looks great!

I can't recommend this company enough! They came out on very short notice after I needed my washroom floor replaced and had the job done the very next day. The owner and crew were professional, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. They did excellent quality work, finished quickly, and charged a very fair price. The new floor looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for quality work at a great price, this is the company to call!

Floor Coverings International did an AMAZING job on our catio at High Country Humane! They were timely, professional, communicative & informative, and the work they did really made the difference in our renovation of the space. I highly recommend Floor Covering International. I had the carpet and ceramic tiles removed from the first floor of my townhome and replaced with LVP flooring. Sophia, the project manager, spent two hours inspecting every corner, identified possible problems, and measuring. She had a large variety of samples to choose from and reviewed all aspects of the project with me. The installation team worked fast and were ready with solutions when a couple of minor decisions had to be made on the spot. They completed the job in two days- and that included removing the ceramic tiles! They moved the furniture and hauled away the debris in their van- no need for a dumpster. I had other estimates that were lower, but the level of service FCI provided was worth every penny.

We purchased both flooring and carpeting from Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation to the final installation it was a wonderful experience. Joe listened to what we wanted and presented us with options that matched what we were looking for perfectly. Then he worked extra hard to get the project within our budget. We have a flooring transition that was going to require something special. Edgar, the project manager, came out to our house and designed a custom transition that fit the need. Also during the flooring installation I had a concern over the color of the custom transition that I texted Edgar about. Rather than texting me back, Edgar showed up at our house, agreed about the color and took it back to the shop to restain it. Serge, the flooring installer is a workhorse. He is extremely neat and did meticulous work. The flooring looks incredible. The carpet installers were also very professional and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Floor Coverings International. Our house looks amazing!

Tracy Snelling brought several samples of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring to my hone. With his help a decision was made and he supervised the demo of existing tile and the professional install of the new luxury plank vinyl flooring throughout my home. The crew also installed new 5 inch high base boards and end caps. What a big beautiful difference! I am very pleased with the results! I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs!
