Denise was an excellent project manager. She showed up almost daily to see how things were going and to ensure I was happy. I highly recommend her for your flooring or stair projects. I ended up having phase 1 which was to have LVP flooring installed throughout my house except my kitchen and foyer. This phase also included rebuild of my stairs. Phase 2 was to change my tile floors out to LVP in the kitchen and foyer along with my banisters and handrail. Gustavo is outstanding. He did an amazing job. He is very detailed and thorough. It is like a brand new house now. I can not say enough about Denise and Gustavo except I would definitely hire them for any work I want done to my house. Very honest, trusting, best pricing, reliable, hard working, top notch and excellent quality work. You get everything you ask for and more.

From the very first contact until the project was complete, Denise was with us through the entire process. We redid all the floors in our home and it took a while for us to come to a final decision with which route we wanted to go. Denise was patient and never pushy. She kept showing us options until we fell in love with a product AND the price. Floor Coverings International West Atlanta was one of three quotes that we received. They were not the most expensive, but also not the least expensive. However, we felt the extra money was worth it for the first rate customer service experience. We had two installation teams work on our home and Denise was there daily to manage the project. Gustavo and his team did an amazing job installing hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs. They sanded and refinished our steps and handrails to match the new wood. Salvador and Rudy came in afterwards to install a gorgeous stair runner. We could not be happier and recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Recently had two types of flooring as well as carpet installed in our residence. Denise provided top-notch customer service. Denise made the whole process really easy! She was very professional, yet personable! I really enjoyed meeting with her, and I was very confident in her team’s ability to deliver. Let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. We had our hardwood floors refinished and our carpet throughout the house replaced. The hardwood flooring looks amazing! Like brand new! Our hardwood had some damage from years of being lived in, but now I can’t see a single scratch that was there before! The color is rich and decadent and completely even. The installation of the carpet exceeds expectations as well, especially on the stairs. The teams does incredible work, and they’re very thorough. We will definitely use them in the future should we need it and they receive a solid recommendation from me!
