This is the second time I’ve used Floor Coverings International. They have been outstanding both times! Not only did they replace my worn carpet, but they stripped and refinished my dog-damaged wood floors in a way that transformed the look of my house. This was done at a fraction of the cost it would have been to replace them. Thank you to Floor Coverings! And special thanks to Denise whose knowledge, experience and incredible responsiveness contributed to the success of both projects! They have earned my trust. I would 100% use them again!

Denise and her crew removed carpet and installed new wood flooring in two guest bedrooms that perfectly matched the existing hallway floor. Additionally, they installed new broadloom carpet in a family room. Both projects were well coordinated, the work was expertly completed and the follow up & communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Denise! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She spent so much time walking us through different flooring options, answering all of our questions, and helping us narrow down exactly what we were looking for, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Denise made the entire process feel easy and personal, and it was very clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right flooring for our home. She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of my questions (and there were a LOT 😂), and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Customer service like this is hard to come by. I would recommend Denise and her team in a heartbeat and will absolutely reach out to her for future projects. Truly a 5-star experience!

Denise was fantastic!!! She helped us pick out the most beautiful flooring that really opened up the space of our home! The installers were fast but paid great attention to details. This is my second time using Floor Coverings International and I am very pleased once again.

Floor Coverings International exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Denise was responsive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, and it was clear that she truly cared about her customers. Maurilo did an outstanding job with the installation, and the finished floors look beautiful. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Michael, the owner, personally came by to check on the project, which is something you do not see very often. Everyone took genuine pride in the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the final result. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International and would happily work with them again in the future.

My husband and I could not be more impressed with the Floor Coverings International West Atlanta team. From the first call through the entire installation process, they were top notch! We had issues with the floor at our lake house and we did not know what the problem was. I reached out to Denise who determined that the floor that was installed before we bought the home did not have a moisture barrier. Michael, the owner, discussed in detail the process of removing the existing floor and installing the new one. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Denise managed the installation on site. We gave her a key and she took care of it! She sent us pictures of the installation and the moisture barrier being put down. The installers, Gustavo, Erick, and Bruno were fantastic. They treated our home like it was their own. It was so nice to go back and see the beautiful floors and furniture exactly where we left it. The entire process was seamless, and everyone was very transparent. There were no surprises because the communication was outstanding. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International West Atlanta for any of your flooring needs.
