This flooring Company is unmatched! We got many different quotes to replace the floors on the 2nd story of our new home and found Kim who came to our house and worked with us tirelessly to make sure we got 100% what we wanted in the end. This took a lot of iterations and scenarios but he was so patient and helpful the entire time. He was also easy to reach and great at communication which was so appreciated. The crew arrived early the day of the project and got it all done within 9 hours, we were SO impressed! The floors look incredible and came out better than we hoped. The price was extremely reasonable and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. Thank you to all for such a positive outcome!

They are extremely prompt, very efficient. They did a great job. I thought a couple of pieces of my floor looked strange. They changed it out no argument. They also fixed round around my fireplace so it looks much nicer than it did when they started the work. I would highly recommend them. Super nice workers. Highly recommend calling Denise Raymond to make purchase.

I had bedroom carpet replaced with hardwood flooring April of 2025. I asked the installer if subfloor needed replacing and offered to pay if necessary. He assured me it was fine. The beautiful flooring did not stick resulting in loose boards in several places. Someone responded three times to my concerns but did not solve the problem of the loose boards. I identified the subfloor as the problem and again offered to pay for replacing it. No one has gotten back with me as promised. At this point I will find a reputable company to repair my bedroom floor.

We had our kitchen backsplash replaced. From selection to installation, the process was as smooth as it could be. The project manager was knowledgeable, attentive, and insightful. The installation team was professional and showed great artistry for their craft. They kept a clean site and were very courteous. I’d use them again!!!
