Miguel and his partner Carly were so helpful through the stressful process of picking out new floors and getting them installed before a party at my home. They were competitive, and I went with them because I liked the way they communicate and their "handholding" during the process. They are not one of those companies that you have to worry if they are going to show up after they get a deposit.

Miguel and his team did an outstanding job on our flooring installation. From the beginning, Miguel was prompt, informative, and professional. He clearly explained the game plan, set expectations, and then delivered exactly as promised. His crew was great to work with as well, efficient, respectful, and focused. They completed the job quickly, did quality work, and left everything clean when they were finished. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. I wish every part of renovation/housework could be this straight forward and easy. From making an estimate appointment, Shannon’s guidance and wisdom during that process, and then the great demo/install crew, it was flawless. The estimate was fair, and the craftsmanship was above and beyond. Our hardwood floors look amazing, and they even did all the finish work needed. Every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and professional.
