After multiple scheduling changes and the original product unavailable after deposit made, the installation was completed less than a month ago. The results are highly unsatisfactory. There are visible bubbles and other issues throughout the flooring. I previously reached out to request that someone come to remedy these problems and smooth out the bubbles, and fix the spot that the guy tore putting the washer back in but I have not received a response. While the technician did a good job addressing the squeaks in the floor, the overall service has been unacceptable due to the poor quality of materials and a discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. The floors looked better before the install of new flooring. So very sad.

Loving our white carpet so much and Shannon Fuller is the best, very professional and keep you up to date on everything, I will be working with them again as soon as I decide what color I want in my family room, the installation guys was the best very professional and did the job really quick .

Cannot say enough good things about Carly and her team. Responsible and responsive to all the ins and outs that go with the big job like floor covering change. Carly was always available when we needed to ask questions and arrange for Follow up on the job. This team is with you all the way, making it a pleasure to deal with such honest, efficient people.
