It was a great experience from beginning to end. My project was small, but when Shannon came by to bid on the job, she made me feel it was important and took the time to make sure I got what I was looking for. I then spoke with Will to set up installation, and he was professional as well. And finally, Eddie and his wife did an excellent job installing my carpet. Once again, great job from start to finish. I will be using this company again!!!

After being burned by a previous contractor who failed to honor their warranty and left our home in an unsafe condition, we approached this project with great caution. Our search for a reputable company led us to Floor Coverings International South Atlanta, and working with Miguel and Carly completely restored our trust in the process. From the very first walkthrough, Miguel was transparent and thorough in a way no other company was. He did not rush the visit or offer a generic quote. Instead, he carefully walked our single-story home room by room, explaining what he was seeing in plain language. He pointed out potential problem areas that no one else mentioned and explained why simply replacing the flooring would not address the underlying issues. During negotiations, Miguel laid everything out clearly on his tablet, reviewed the scope line by line, and showed us physical samples so we could make informed choices. While other companies gave cheaper quotes, those quotes assumed a simple floor replacement. Miguel’s quote was higher at first glance, but it was also honest. It included the necessary subfloor and structural work that others ignored. Once we compared what was actually being offered, his pricing was fair and competitive, based on doing the job correctly the first time. When the old flooring was removed, we discovered just how serious the issues beneath it were. What we initially believed were mild concerns turned out to be severe subfloor and safety problems, including rotted areas. Miguel and his crew did not ask us to take their word for it. They showed us each issue room by room and kept us informed as conditions evolved. The crew showed up early, worked efficiently, and communicated consistently. When problems arose, Miguel remained involved and ensured everything was handled professionally. After the install, we noticed one very minor issue in a small area. I reached out, and they were back out to our house within a week. They corrected it quickly, no excuses, and made sure it was right before they left. Because of their transparency, fair pricing, and integrity, Floor Coverings International South Atlanta is the only company we will trust for our future kitchen and bathroom projects. We would hire Miguel, Carly and his team again without hesitation.
