Our experience started out well, then turned dramatically into a nightmare. We thought we were dealing with a honest organization, it turns out that they are far from being honest. I don’t think all parties in the company are fully aware of the deceiving tactics that are being used. I wouldn’t recommend using this organization based upon lack of transparency and trust!

This was such a great experience. I had been trying to find a backslash for my kitchen and was having a hard time finding a color. The sales rep Shannon Fuller) went to the tile place and had them send me samples of backsplashes to match my counter tops. She came to measure & helped me decide on the best backsplash. This took all the stress out of the process! Shannon goes over and beyond for her customers and made this process so simple! This is a Great company and a great Sales Person. I would highly recommend both!
