As someone on the Floor Coverings International corporate team, I’ve seen countless success stories—but this was my first time going through a flooring project myself, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. Franchise Owners Carly Harrington and Miguel Harris were incredible from the start—professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to doing things the right way. I was replacing old, worn carpet in my new home with a beautiful, pet-friendly LVP product. Things took an unexpected turn when the installers, Eduardo and Nora, discovered uneven floors after removing the carpet. Rather than pushing forward with a quick install, they took the time to properly level the subfloor with cement, ensuring the job was done right. What was supposed to be a one-day project turned into three—but for all the right reasons. Eduardo and Nora were not only highly skilled but also some of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve met. They worked around the chaos of my home, my two dogs, unexpected visitors, and my ever-shifting schedule with so much grace and positivity. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening and why. I truly felt like I was in great hands. It’s been a couple of months since the project was completed, and I’ve had time to really live with and enjoy the new floors—and my dogs and I absolutely love them. The upkeep is so much easier than carpet, and I honestly can’t believe how well they’re holding up. With two active dogs constantly sliding around and running in and out from the backyard (which leads right into this room!), I expected to see wear and tear quickly. But they’ve been incredibly durable, and they still look fantastic. If this had been another company, I genuinely believe they would’ve just installed the flooring over the uneven surface to save time and resources. Carly, Miguel, and their team went above and beyond, and it shows in the final result. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful project—and a potential long-term issue—into such a smooth and truly enjoyable experience, even with the surprises along the way!

We had an exceptional experience with Miguel and Floor Coverings International South Atlanta, and what stood out most was the kindness and professionalism shown throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Miguel was transparent, patient, and extremely responsive. He communicated clearly, answered every question, and made sure we felt informed and supported, especially when unexpected issues were uncovered beneath our floors. Rather than rushing us or minimizing concerns, he took the time to explain everything with care and empathy. Two moments really capture the level of professionalism this team brings. After the job was finished, we noticed a few small pieces of leftover debris. Once we mentioned it, Miguel immediately took responsibility and sent two cars back the very next day to clean it up. No hesitation and no excuses. In addition, when extra subfloor work threatened our move-in timeline, Miguel and his team worked through the weekend to ensure we could get back into our home on schedule. It is rare to find a company that combines strong communication, accountability, and genuine care for their clients. We would recommend them without hesitation.
