"When I was calling around inquiring about carpet I spoke to Jared. He was able to come out to our condo, take measurements, show us the carpet choices and give us a quote all at the same time. We had our stairs covered in a lovely gray. The install team showed up on time the day of installation done within the given timeframe. The carpet is soft to walk on bear foot on cold winter nights.
