Carly has a varied professional career spanning three decades, including mystery shopping, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Cybersecurity industry, having completed her MS in the field from Georgia Tech in December of 2022. A Business and Computer Science graduate of Oglethorpe University with an MBA, she grew up working in her family’s tax and accounting business and has a deep passion for corporate social responsibility and giving back to the community. A high school multi-sport varsity athlete and valedictorian, Carly played basketball in college and still dabbles in rugby, Gaelic football, and Australian rules football in her free time. Her teamwork and attention to detail ensure this team delivers for its customers.
Miguel discovered his passion for flooring at an early age, working in the sawmill in Jamaica, turning trees into lumber. Before emigrating to the US in 1999, he helped numerous neighbors with their flooring while also earning a Culinary Arts degree. After moving to California, he built his first home and gained experience opening new stores for Fortune 100 companies. Now he brings his joy of helping others along with his creativity to his customers in Atlanta, helping them find the floor of their dreams.
Kathy is a born-and-bred Midwesterner from a small town in Missouri, the ‘Show Me’ state. She started her business career early, working in her family’s hardware store, and continues to work in accounting, bookkeeping, and taxes for individuals and small businesses. While in the Navy, she served as a Disbursing Clerk and lived in Johnson City, TN. She has now relocated to Georgia to be near her only daughter, Carly, and partner with her by lending her accounting expertise and her famous baked goods (cookies, banana bread, etc.) to the franchise.
With over 10 years of in-home flooring sales experience, Matt brings deep industry expertise and a genuine passion for helping homeowners find the right floors for their space. Outside of work, Matt is a proud husband to his wife, Sarah, and a dedicated dad to their son, Daniel. When he’s not working with customers, he enjoys golfing, fishing, backpacking, camping, and scuba diving, as well as cheering on the Braves, Falcons, and Georgia Bulldogs. He’s a flooring expert, an outdoor enthusiast, and a family-oriented team member—and we’re proud to have him on our team.
Shannon is all about family, friends, and enjoying life’s everyday moments. When she’s not helping customers find the right floors for their space, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, relaxing at the beach, cheering on her favorite college football team, and making memories with friends.
She brings positive energy, a genuine sense of care, and a natural ability to connect with people—making her a valued part of our team.
“The People Persons’ People Person”, William Webb brings a fun, friendly, and thoughtful energy to every interaction in the community to help grow and flourish working relationships in and around the South Atlanta Area! When he isn’t busy as “Mr. Allison”, cheering on his lovely wife and her exploits in rugby, you can find him: cheering on his beloved Liverpool and Atlanta United, performing with his acapella group “Best to Burn,” cooking for anyone and everyone who requests it, and enjoying scenic views on the back roads of South Georgia. With a strong commitment to community involvement and service, William is ready to build strong relationships with like-minded businesses – not just to help them grow, but to enable all of us to make a positive impact in the community.
