"We just finished a whole-house project with Floor Coverings International and I cannot recommend them enough. They sanded and re-stained the hardwood floors and removed and re-carpeted the floors that weren't hardwood. From the beginning to the end of the project, I was updated with texts and pictures. FCI was transparent with their pricing from the beginning, and the quality of their work is great. One of the things I appreciated the most about FCI was their attention to detail and their insistence on getting the job done correctly. There were no nails lying around the house when they finished, and there were no imperfections (streaks) in the hardwood's new stain. If I had any questions about anything, BJ was very responsive and helpful. Adam was very helpful while we chose what floors would be in our house, and he was helpful in the process of picking what would work within our price range. In my opinion, you're not going to get this kind of quality service from the more well-known companies in the area, but you will with Floor Coverings International."
