They were incredibly helpful in making sure3l that the wood flooring and carpeting turned out perfectly and that I received exactly what I wanted. The installers were great, from start to finish. Consultation with owner was informative. He assisted us with the best product for our situation. There were options and he assisted us in making the best color selection as well. Scheduling was easy and the date of availability for installation was very reasonable. Loved the crew. They were friendly, organized and neat. The job was finished sooner than expected and the crew did an excellent job with cleanup.

My experience with FCI of Northeast Georgia was positive from the start with Clayton assessing & measuring the area of need along with many available samples & price ranges offered. Mary Jane coordinated the project & was professional but also showed a genuine desire towards an end goal of my satisfaction. Eduardo & crew were great with our carpet installation, having to initially modify the usual process due to a problem with our preexisting floor. I was pleased with the final results as it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring projects that you may have.

We had a great experience getting our carpet replaced. We were extremely happy with the entire process from the in home consult to pick the right carpet for us, the ease of scheduling the install, getting it installed and then they came back to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely use them again for any of our future flooring needs. I Highly recommend them! Everyone was great!!
