From the perspective of someone who has been through the ringer with several flooring companies in the past, this is the true definition of a superb flooring company who's structure places the customer first. Along with this, there is a very wide selection of products to choose from. I cannot recommend Floor Coverings International of Northeast Atlanta enough.

Bill Love and FCI saved the day with a last minute install. 48 hours before the big reveal for a total first floor remodel, the new furniture was arriving, the kitchen cabinets were installed, painting was wrapping up and the old carpet looked HORRIBLE! A total eyesore that was overlooked as "not that bad" before all the other work was complete. Bill was able to reschedule a crew to work Saturday, found the perfect carpet at the warehouse and orchestrated delivery and install with the interior designers. Without the new flooring the three-week effort would not have been complete. Thank you Bill and FCI!

During the consultation, Bill took the time to listen to our needs. He then recommended a few options and reviewed the pros and cons of each. Once we narrowed that down, he shared color samples. Once we settled on a color, he then brought a large sample for us to examine. The floors were installed quickly and look beautiful. They were exactly what we wanted.

I sent Bill one of our patients who wanted to get her bathroom redone. They fell in love with Bill. He showed up on time, gave them a great quote and gave them the bathroom of their dreams. What makes this company amazing is they far surpassed the amount that was quoted but still stayed true to the original quote. They did not charge the customer more because they blew passed that original quote. Good luck finding a company that will do that for you. Try them out you will not be disappointed.
