The team from FCI did a very good job with both restaining our hardwood floors and installing new carpeting on our stairs. Both projects were completed as scheduled. Both the carpet installers and hardwood team were professional. Alex, the Project Manager, was excellent in checking that all of the work was completed properly. Alex has excellent customer service skills.

Laurie (Design Associate) 1st in person contact explained everything thoroughly without taking 2 hours. Answered all my questions with options to choose from. Courteous, professional and friendly—Laurie, Alex (Production Mngr), plus Denny (who did the floor work)!!! Great experience and I love my new floor done in a few hours—1 room 10x28, Laminate. Dog room so easy to keep clean now. Will definitely use them again! Thank you all

From the beginning, I got treated as a valued customer. Laurie brought the samples to me and patiently explained everything. She walked me through the process from financing to installation. Alex was so awesome about ensuring his customers were satisfied. They were always professional. The owner Jennie reached out to me couple of times to make sure I was happy with every step of the way.
