We had such a great experience with Floor Coverings International Northeast from start to finish. Jennie and Felisha came to our home to measure, help us choose carpet, and provide a quote. They spent a considerable amount of time walking me through the different options and helping me decide what would work best with our space, lighting, and overall design. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the products they offer. We also needed a new stair nose installed, and they made sure a qualified woodworker handled it separately rather than having the carpet installers do it at the same time. I really appreciated that attention to detail and their commitment to making sure it was installed and stained properly. Denilson completed that portion of the project and was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Ivan and his team then installed the carpet, and the finished result looks amazing. We chose a patterned carpet for the stairs, and Ivan was incredibly meticulous about keeping the pattern aligned all the way through the landing. That detail mattered a lot to me, and I truly appreciated the time and care he put into getting it right. The entire installation team was professional, fast, and clearly experienced. Alex also checked in throughout the process, followed up with all the necessary information, and made sure everything went according to plan. He made it clear that the priority was ensuring we were completely satisfied with the finished project. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and committed to doing the job correctly, and I would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International Northeast.

Jennie came out to our new home and was polite and knowledgeable. She pointed us in the right direction of what flooring products would meet our needs and budget. She gave us a great price. Alex, the project manager was very polite as well and kept me informed the entire way and the floors are absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend them!

We used floor coverings international after we had a leak from our air conditioner that did a bunch of damage to our ceiling walls and floors. We decided it was time to just redo the entire floor of the house and they did an amazing job. They installed LVP for us and then sanded, stained and put a runner on the stairs. They also sanded and stained the railings to match. It looks amazing and they did a great job of matching it to the floor that was on the other level of the house that had been done more than 10 years ago. Their teams were awesome. Always on time and worked very hard. I'm already planning to use them when we redo the carpet in the basement.

We had new carpets installed and hardwood floors refinished. The process was amazingly simple. Jennie came to our home with samples and spent quite a bit of time reviewing options with us. She gave us different proposals based on the various types of carpets we were debating. The installation was on-time and the results are beautiful. Would recommend for both hardwood floors and carpet.

Jennie and her team did an outstanding job replacing all of our flooring in our townhome. The new lvp flooring has completely transformed our home and the pattern carpet on our stairs just elevates the whole look. She has made this process so easy for us and her crews did an awesome job with this installation. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for high quality floors, craftmanship installation with competitive pricing!! They are the best!
