Cannot rave about this business enough. We got absolutely screwed over by Home Depot, leaving our house in shambles over the Christmas holiday. I found this company based on reviews and took a chance. Jennie answered first thing, two days after Christmas no less and was at our house to measure and give us a quote within hours! She was so transparent on carpeting options and prices and helped us select the best fit right then and there. By Monday, the company already had our order in and installation scheduled for the following Friday - a truly impressive turnaround. Alex, our project manager, and Ivan our lead installer were equally incredible. They were super informative, fast, professional, and thorough. We LOVE our carpet, it's so gorgeous and comfortable and for a price that ran circles around stupid Home Depot. This experience was so great it makes me sad I don't need anymore carpet because I'd love to send more people their way.

Their work is timely and efficient yet meticulous. They offer a hassle-free managed process from start to finish. The reason it is all possible and so easy is because of the people of FCI. Jennie, the owner is knowledgeable , enthusiastic, helpful and so responsive . She listened and found the best option for us at a reasonable price. She was in contact and available throughout the entire process. Alex managed the installation. He was present, accountable, friendly and always a step ahead. Denilson and his crew installed our flooring. He is a master of his craft - a perfectionist and a problem-solver, exactly the person you want to install your flooring. Carlos & his crew installed our stair treads. They stained, painted & added new balusters. The quality of their work and attention to detail was incredible. FCI is a group of amazing people, highly skilled in their areas of expertise, and most importantly operating with integrity. Unexpected challenges were met with flexibility and solutions. I highly recommend FCI - Northeast GA; I am confident they will meet and likely exceed your expectations.
