Laurie (Design Associate) 1st in person contact explained everything thoroughly without taking 2 hours. Answered all my questions with options to choose from. Courteous, professional and friendly—Laurie, Alex (Production Mngr), plus Denny (who did the floor work)!!! Great experience and I love my new floor done in a few hours—1 room 10x28, Laminate. Dog room so easy to keep clean now. Will definitely use them again! Thank you all

From the beginning, I got treated as a valued customer. Laurie brought the samples to me and patiently explained everything. She walked me through the process from financing to installation. Alex was so awesome about ensuring his customers were satisfied. They were always professional. The owner Jennie reached out to me couple of times to make sure I was happy with every step of the way. After 7 weeks, we have thoroughly enjoyed our new floors, without reservation. Floor Coverings assured me they could meet our extremely tight timing between moves out and our move in, and they delivered. Laurie Hinton came with plenty of samples and solid recommendations regarding material and colors based on our needs and preferences. She won us over with her personality and energy, and we quickly reached a consensus. Alex managed the installation which was flawless. This is our second time in 10 years to work with Floor Coverings International. They’ve maintained an excellence that makes them a pleasure to work with.

We recently had a stair runner and bedroom carpet installed by Floor Coverings International Northeast Atlanta. I highly recommend them. Laurie, our sales rep, came to our home with samples and helped us choose the correct carpet for our needs. Laurie and Alex kept us up to date on our order and installation date. The day of installation everything went smoothly. Professional installers showed up on time, they had all our large furniture moved out, old padding and carpet removed, new padding and carpet installed, furniture returned to its proper place --- all in a timely manner. The quality of work was excellent. We were very pleased with the pricing, which was in our budget. We are both thrilled with our beautiful new carpet. We highly recommend this company.

Phenomenal job! Very thorough and clean work. Because of the size of the room they had to have a few seams, but you can't see them even knowing where they are. Would highly recommend.

Laurie, Alex, and Ivan got my floors planned out and installed in record time. And they look great. My wife and I could not be more pleased. A great experience at every stage of the process. Can't imagine that I'll ever go anywhere else when I need floor coverings!

thea did an awesome job doing the installation in a timely manner. I feel like they went above and beyondin getting the carpet in installed from thetime they arrived until finishing was only four hours and no details left unturned a big thank you to Jenny and her team for all that they did for me. I will definitely use them again and y did recommend them to anyone needing new flooring
