"Working with Floor Coverings International was great. The company was referred by a handyman company when the repair work was more than they were equipped to handle. Everyone from the company I worked with was extremely friendly, prompt, efficient and professional. Once I reached out to Donna, she got back to me very quickly and we set up an appointment so she see the project and quote the job. The work was scheduled for their next available day and that was fine with my schedule. As the date got closer, Susie from the office reached out to confirm and dropped a couple of supplies off so the flooring installer would have what he needed and not have to stop at the shop first. Luis arrived as scheduled and after an unexpected change in scope, he got right to work. Because of the scope change, the job ended up being two days instead of one, but it was worth it. The room is finally back in use and I couldn't be happier with that, or with the experience with Floor Coverings International."

"The whole process, from the initial engagement, measuring, pricing, and scheduling to the actual installation, was very smooth and well organized. We were in a difficult position after another installer had to cancel on us. Floor Coverings International was able to work around our very tight schedule and accommodate our installation within just a few days of contacting them! The installation was completed as promised. The installers worked very hard, were polite and understanding, and cleaned everything up afterward, including removing all trash and leftover materials. Overall, it was an honest, fast, friendly, and very professional experience. We really appreciated everything they did for us."

"I recently had my floors done by floor coverings international. I researched other reviews and everyone had great things to say, which is why I chose them to do my kitchen floor. Dave came over we went through the type of floor I wanted, he measured gave me my quote and gave me 24 hours with no pressure. After I decided to go with them within two weeks they came did my floors very professional guys and they did it in one day. I absolutely love my new floors , they were friendly and professional in every step of the process. I would recommend them for sure."

"Our salesperson, John Schiavo, was exceptional with assisting us with our selections. Our new Shaw carpeting in our bedrooms is plush and luxurious. We also added a stunning new carpet to our stairs that looks like it’s from a designer magazine. Our installer, Milton, and his assistant were also excellent. The installation looks great! Also, they had to move very heavy bedroom furniture to lay the carpet and did so efficiently and with great care. Our house looks great, and we couldn’t be happier."

"I came to them with a simple bathroom floor replacement and it ended up not being simple at all. After they came in it was found that the subfloor had water damage that had crept its way into the vanity. Not only did they come in and replace the subfloor, they were able to check everything for leaks and other issues. Then came the vanity with all its issues of not working with the plumbing setup and everything else. This 2-3 hour job turned into a 2 day monster and their guy absolutely crushed it. I couldn’t be more excited about the results. If you’re looking for a team to make sure it’s all done right and not just do the bare minimum, do yourself a favor and go with them. Unfortunately, they did such a good job that I’m already being asked (told) by the lady to do all the rest of my flooring but that’s a happy byproduct of the wonderful work they did. Not to mention, the pricing seemed fair and the entire team I worked with seemed invested in making sure this was done right."
