My husband and I had a great experience with James Berry and Floor Coverings International. James was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and easy to work with. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process and made everything easy from start to finish. The crew completed our living room, hallway, and stairs in just one day, and the floors turned out beautiful! James even came back afterward to look over the floors and make sure we were happy with everything. We really appreciated his follow-up and attention to detail. My husband and I absolutely love our new floors! We would definitely recommend James Berry and Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and excellent customer service.

We recently contacted James Berry of Floor Coverings international. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. He came out to inspect the property in a timely matter and we were impressed with him and his estimate for installation of manufactured hardwoods in two bedrooms in our Condo. Within a week his team did a great job of installing and finishing the hardwoods. The installation and clean up were done in a day as promised and we were impressed and delighted with the finished job. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Thank you Berry!

James Berry helped me pick out the perfect floors for my house. He was very informative and on time. He made sure the job was done correctly afterwards and he made himself available for any questions all the time. The installers, Eric and his Dad showed up on time and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail, removed all squeaks from the floors & stairs. I’m very impressed! I will be using their services again for my new house if needed.

I received a very thorough estimate on what the cost of the entire project from start to finish. I feel their representative James was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell and gave me lots of options. When he came to give me an estimate he brought dozens of samples so I could choose exactly what I wanted. Once I had decided which product I thought I would like he gave me all the information on that particular one , how it would hold up over time, warranty and options. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any type of flooring project. I would tell them he is fair, honest and very knowledgeable and gives it to you straight no hidden fees or add on’s.

We had the opportunity to meet James (owner) and Francisco (expert installer) when we needed a repair for an installation of LVP performed by another store. The repair was done quite professionally, cleanly and efficiently. We were invited to call back for any further concerns and James made sure we had contact information. I am very pleased with the job that James and his team completed for me. I had carpet installed in a bedroom & 2 closets as well as a tile backsplash installed in my kitchen. James and his assistant, Bianca, are a joy to work with and they helped me find the right carpets and tile for this project. Great communication every step of the way. Great team of installers. It's nice to find a home improvement company that you can rely on.
