Oh my goodness! What a transformation! Love, love, love the new floor in my soon to be office and the hallway! Sonya was amazing, responded right away and came with samples, which helped us a lot. She was patient and answered our many questions. The installers were professional, and Sonya came by later to see how it looked which is absolutely beautiful. Reasonably priced, too. Cannot say enough good things about the company. Looking forward to having more done. Grateful, GF

We selected our flooring in the showroom with sales representative John, who was professional, knowledgeable, and worked with us to come up with a cost-effective flooring solution that met our needs without sacrificing quality. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, including coordination with both me and our Trade Pro insurance intermediary. The entire team was highly professional and very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. Scheduling was convenient and flexible thanks to service manager Nick, which made everything run smoothly. The installation crew was outstanding ? Daniel and Samuel were courteous, efficient, and delivered excellent workmanship. They kept the worksite clean, worked long hours, and ensured the job was completed on time. Outstanding Professional - Highly Recommend! John was absolutely terrific from day one. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, which made everything so much easier. He took the time to provide recommendations while looking at different flooring options and helped me select a much better floor in terms of color and quality. I really appreciated his expertise and guidance during the decision-making process. Working with insurance and through the trade pro program was seamless thanks to John?s professionalism. I have never worked with such a professional contractor - he truly went above and beyond. His crew was fantastic as well, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and his team were fantastic. I can't speak more highly. Super responsive, flexible, showed up on time, gave me good advice along the way. They went the extra mile when we needed to. I've rarely come across this kind of customer service all the way through a job. These guys were great and the floors look great too :)

Working with Melissa was just a great experience for us. She was on top of every detail, and eased all of our concerns since this was a large, difficult, insurance job. We met and worked with Matt, the owner, and he was great. They helped us pick out the perfect floor. Glenn, our installer was a perfectionist, and anything I pointed out, he eased my concerns and made it right. I am so grateful that we ended up working with FCI in Waukesha after our kitchen flood caused tens of thousands in flooring damage to our home. They were a silver lining in our story.

I had new vinyl floors put in my office and they are absolutely beautiful. They work with you on moving furniture and making any changes during the process. I would definitely recommend them.
