First of all it is a female owned company. Heather and Erin were both professional and personable. The installers were as well . They came in and got to work, finished the removal of the old flooring and installation of the new floor with stain and varnish in just two days. I expected a lot of dust but not so much. They cleaned up and hauled off the old flooring. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

I reached out to Floor Coverings International for a flooring estimate on a basement remodel, they were very prompt in responding and communicated well to schedule the appointment for the next day, for the appointment Heather was on time, organized and very knowledgeable she understood my requirements , took measurements and showed me materials for the flooring I want put in the estimate was ready in minutes and I am very satisfied with the entire process
