I reached out to Floor Coverings International for a flooring estimate on a basement remodel, they were very prompt in responding and communicated well to schedule the appointment for the next day, for the appointment Heather was on time, organized and very knowledgeable she understood my requirements , took measurements and showed me materials for the flooring I want put in the estimate was ready in minutes and I am very satisfied with the entire process

Heather was amazing. She had light conversation with my husband and me at the beginning of her arrival, but before she left, she made us feel as if she knew us. We were very comfortable with her and I feel that she was as comfortable with us. I look forward to continuing business with the company.

Cindy and her team were very helpful and professional. They were great from the initial consultation to the cleanup at the end. They installed LVP in my basement, put down rubber floors in my exercise room, and added new baseboards including trimming out my doors and windows. Also they did my stairwell with new treads, hardwood on the landing, and stained it all to match the flooring upstairs. I would recommend them to someone in a heartbeat!!! T

The installers’ understanding of caulking around a fireplace is awful. We had to redo it ourselves. In addition, the dishonest quote verses actual price after the completed job. Very small amount of plywood needed and charged double the price.
