The floors look amazing! Renee and Miguel did an excellent job. Great communication delivered everything they promised! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get new floors. Excellent selection and affordable. If the price is too high. They will definitely work with you to bring it down. Ryan is an excellent salesman. No pressure sales he listens to all of your needs. Will come up with a plan to get the job done!

I tried booking an online appointment. I chose a time and got confirmation of that time in an email. That downloaded the day and time in my calendar I got a call later asking to schedule time. I replied I had a time. But was told that she wasnt wotking that day. There was nothing else for two weeks that could work. Their showroom hours are so limited that they might as well not exist. There's no way to see what they have and any sort price per sq ft without meeting them. I apparently returned email asking about someone honoring confirmed time. Apparently it was received, but not worth replying to me. No idea about their work, but if scheduling is this chaotic id say stay away

Floor Covering International answered my request for a bid on Luxury Vinyl planks. I received several bids and they were all about the same price. Floor covering International run by Kyle Denzer came with samples. He and his floor expert, Steven, did not know if they were going to repair my problem in the kitchen or replace all the flooring. They took a lot of time measuring and showing my son and I different grades of flooring. We really liked how professional they were, and how they didn’t apply any pressure. We decided to have the whole house refloored. Kyle said we could have this flooring installed quickly and true to his word it was done. His workers worked tirelessly and got the job completed in one day. We both are thrilled with the job they did. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

We had a great experience selecting our new carpet and Floor Coverings International was very accommodating to fit the install in on our schedule, Stacia met the installers before they started and then she followed up to be sure the carpet was installed properly. We had five rooms carpeted, the installers took care of everything removed (and haul away) all old carpet and padding and moved all furniture for us. Beautiful job, we love our new Pet Perfect carpet! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Amanda was very fun to work with. She was very helpful in all of our questions. Once ordered, she kept us in the loop. She worked with our schedule. Clint, our installer, was very nice and did a great job. We would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International. We love our new floors.

We hired FCI on the recommendation of our realtor to stretch and fix basement carpet before listing our house to sell. They were quick to get out and do an estimate, and quick to get the job scheduled and done even after it turned out to be trickier than expected. Highly recommended.
