The services is great. It took no time for flooring to come in and the flooring project to start. The installer work continually to get the floor in correctly. The floors look great. I am very pleased with this company and recommend to all that need floor work.

This company provides excellent service. It took us 6 months to finally decide on a type and pattern of flooring tiles and the company was very patient and supplied us with numerous samples to compare in our home. When we finally had made a choice, the special order tiles arrived within a week and it took only 2 days to install. We highly recommend this company. If you need a flooring job done, they will provide you with high quality materials and service.

We were extremely happy with floor coverings international West! The materials were excellent and the colors were perfect. Matt and his brother did a super fabulous job of ripping out our carpet and replacing our floor and laying floor covering. If we could give them 10 stars we would! We were extremely happy with this company and the team that they sent us.

I hired this company to carpet my stairs and master bedroom. The owner Dan ordered 2 pieces one piece at a time over 3 weeks. 12x15 and 12x14.7. The job required 484 sq. feet. The first piece confused installler who did not even know about the stairs or details of the job. Then wanting to try patching the job together with 2nd piece with 134 sq. feet missing and 180 sq. feet of padding on second attempt. After a month of waiting and living with my room half empty, they left stairs a hazzard and my bathroom.and closet full. The second attempt was the end of my good will and told him he did not know what he is doing and I was done waiting. He was not capable of the job. Now he refuses to refund my money he feels I should pay for the carpet he screwed up ordering when they.could not have been used in my home. Court will decide this. Also they put the terms and conditions on the back of the quote without pointing this out to a customer. Was looking for a local business which screwed me. Back to home depot. Instead of owning his mistakes he lied, hid what he did and wants to dump his screw up on me? Hope this keeps it from happening to you.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish My husband and I wanted new wood flooring on two levels of our home, and we’re so glad we contacted Floor Coverings International. I was so impressed with each and every aspect of my flooring project. Aaron the owner has everything you need in his mobile showroom. Aaron was patient and knowledgeable. His wife Courtney was also amazing, making sure I was all set up for the job. I cannot say enough about Brett and his crew; Alex, Jesse and Monty. I would hire his crew for anything anytime. 100% professional, respectful and caring about not just me, but my home. I would recommend Floor Coverings International and give them not just 5 stars and a A1 rating but a million stars and superb rating. Probably the best project done in my home or any otherr home I owned. Thumbs up all the way for all of you.
