This was our first time working with Tanner and Ally -- the quality of their team's work and customer service lived up to the 5-star reputation. During the demo phase of our project (replacing stair runners), we hit an unforeseen snag. Ally didn't miss a beat: she spent considerable time with me on the phone, talked me through options, and prioritized our project over the coming days. What's more, Ally honored the initial price quoted for the work despite spending substantially more time on our project than expected. Equally important from my perspective as a new (and now loyal) customer was the on-site project lead, Sean. He was transparent about the process and demonstrated a keen ability to work with people. But he was next level when it came to addressing the unforeseen snag. Sean drove out to the house within an hour of his contractors identifying the problem, proposed a solution that made sense, and then immediately went to work. He came out the next day to complete the unexpected work himself and kept us apprised of progress and next steps throughout. Bottom line, if you have flooring or carpeting needs in the Atlanta area, look no further. This company clearly takes pride in their team, their work, and their commitment to customer service.
