I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Denise! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She spent so much time walking us through different flooring options, answering all of our questions, and helping us narrow down exactly what we were looking for, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Denise made the entire process feel easy and personal, and it was very clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right flooring for our home. She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of my questions (and there were a LOT 😂), and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Customer service like this is hard to come by. I would recommend Denise and her team in a heartbeat and will absolutely reach out to her for future projects. Truly a 5-star experience!

We needed a stair runner to keep the dogs from slipping and falling down the stairs. We reached out to Empire but they said they didn't do stair runners and other companies told us our jobs was too small. Kelly and Will at floor coverings international were SO helpful and came to the rescue. Not only did we get a great carpet but they made the process seamless and easy. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International! We replaced the carpet in two bedrooms with hardwood flooring that perfectly matches our existing floors, and the results are perfect, they look like they’ve always been part of our home. We were on a very tight schedule, and Will and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was professional from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Floor Coverings International!
