I ended up replacing engineered hard wood & carpet with LVP and it was great communication from start to finish, which is one of the most important things to me. They were easy to contact with questions and made the process very easy. They had a project coordinator come a couple of times to make sure everything was all good, and she was so kind & helpful. The actual install was scheduled and completed so quickly, and well done. The floors look fantastic and they did a great job cleaning up each night and at the end of the install, which was very important as I have small children and dogs. Highly recommend! The supported our subfloors, ripped out the old run down floors. Installed the new floors and all that within less than 3 Days.
