"When a leak from a water supply pipe under our kitchen sink caused extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we contacted several flooring companies. FCI (Floor Coverings International) was not the most expensive nor the least expensive, but their representative, Ryan, demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of what would be required. He even warned that mold might be a possibility, which would require a mold remediation company. FCI did wonderful work on removing and cleaning up the old floor and installing a beautiful new floor. Their technicians were knowledgeable (especially Iver (sp?) ) who was a master craftsman at installing the flooring, baseboards and molding, and ensuring that there were no difficult bumps in the thresholds between rooms. We would confidently urge anyone in need of new flooring to go with FCI. They do excellent work, and do everything to ensure that their customers are pleased. "I recently had work done with FCI. Austin was my consultant he was very knowledgeable and patient with his recommendations and samples. We ended up getting new carpets on three rooms, a hallway, and two staircases! I really like that he showed the difference between his carpet samples and one that had been provided by a competitor. We were so pleased with the carpet that we let them (David and Damien) install wooden tiles on the entire basement floor and the whole basement looks amazing. "Glen came out with samples and my wife found what she wanted.we ordered a bigger sample so we could get a better idea. Our price included removing and replacing our bedroom furniture, removing existing carpet and pad and laying new carpet and pad. The installers Marco and Leo did an excellent job. Very efficient laying down tarps to protect our kitchen and living room floors as they removed old carpet and pad. They installed new carpet and left the extra rolled up in the garage. We will call FCI for our next flooring project."
