"After getting quotes from two different companies I contacted Mr. Cody Souders. He came to my residence immediately and well prepared. He took the time to educate my wife and me about the many options. He answered our many questions specially my wife’s questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I called Dan for advice and he talked me through how to peel back our carpet and how to dry it out to prevent long term damage. He even offered to come out and assist if need be.
