"Michael, Oscar, Audrey, and everyone at Floor Coverings International went above and beyond for me, which was a palate cleanser after the contractor I'd initially hired and paid became nearly unreachable. When flood remediation was initiated (by a different vendor), I was told my floors would remain intact. They then promptly cut away a large portion of my floors, and since most of my home was that same flooring, the whole home needed new flooring. FCI promptly responded to my inquiry, and a had a vendor out two days later. Michael was kind and helpful, and brought samples in the flooring type and colors I was most interested in. He helped me choose flooring that was within my budget, provided a very conservative quote(compared to what I'd received from my contractor), and made sure I knew who would take over for him during his leave. Audrey was kind despite my myriad of questions and concerns, flexible in scheduling, and put my mind at ease over the items I wasn't able to get moved out. Oscar was consistently early for our scheduled meetings, communicated all necessary information, and checked in with me daily with photos and updates on their progress. My new floors were installed in less than a week, and Oscar has been in touch, ensuring my satisfaction, and even sending a team member back after the job was completed to make a few tweaks his trained eye noticed that mine never would had. "Could not ask for much more from Floor Coverings International. Robin was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with questions and opinions and options. He was always on time for meetings and easy to work with. We bought a 75 year old house with some major stain issues on the oak floors. Robin’s refinisher, Jeff, was able to pull out the stained planks and feather in new ones. If you didn’t know where the feathering took place you wouldn’t know it was even done! Fantastic job that was finished early. We got multiple bids and Robin was the low bid. You can’t go wrong with Floor Coverings International."

"Floor coverings just completed carpeting our new home in Bend. We prefer to deal with independently owned businesses. We rate our service with International Floor Coverings A+. We are not yet occupying the place and residing in another state. They provided excellent communication throughout the process. After completion, they inspected the property with care. After notifying a few small items to be addressed, Rosie, the Production Manager, returned to see that this was done as expected. Our daughter has a place in Bend, and Rosie arranged for her to accompany her on the final inspection. Our daughter was impressed that all details were pointed out. As an aside, knowing I have no experience with carpeting (floors and rugs), Rosie sent me care instructions and a sheet recommending the proper vacuum for maintenance. No question dealing with an independently owned business is a wise choice. I was told that if I should note anything to correct when we reside there, they will return to make it right. "My husband and I moved to Seymour almost 2 years ago and found a home we love. The only drawback was it was carpeted throughout the home with a builders grade carpeting.
