He made sure the job was done correctly afterwards and he made himself available for any questions all the time. The installers, Eric and his Dad showed up on time and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail, removed all squeaks from the floors & stairs. I’m very impressed! I will be using their services again for my new house if needed.

Eric's team did a great job on our floors! After we were ghosted by several other flooring companies, they were quick to come out and give us a quote, and worked with us to submit the correct documentation to our insurance company. They were super responsive both before and after the job, and completed the work in less than a day despite complications with our old floorboards being glued down. Would definitely recommend them!

Floor coverings international did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Jennie was a pleasure to work with showing me all her samples and being very patient explaining the process. Alex and Ivan were great on install day. They moved the furniture and put it all back where it needed to be. We are truly enjoying the new carpet softness and great color. We even found an old leak that had caused damage, and had to get a contact out to assess the situation and they were very helpful through that process as well!

We are so happy with our new stair carpet runner! The in home consultation was super easy to schedule online, and we appreciated all the clear and timely communication about installation. We had a whole crew come to get the installation done quickly and efficiently. We have an odd shaped landing in the middle of the stairway and the runner was tailored to the space and looks great! Our furry friend approves.

She answered all my questions and was very responsive and helpful from start to finish! I feel their representative James was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell and gave me lots of options. When he came to give me an estimate he brought dozens of samples so I could choose exactly what I wanted. Once I had decided which product I thought I would like he gave me all the information on that particular one , how it would hold up over time, warranty and options. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any type of flooring project. I would tell them he is fair, honest and very knowledgeable and gives it to you straight no hidden fees or add on’s.
