We had a flood, contacted Floor Covering International, they got back to me in under an hour and were at my house 2 days later for a free consultation helping me pick out wood. We used floor coverings international after we had a leak from our air conditioner that did a bunch of damage to our ceiling walls and floors. We decided it was time to just redo the entire floor of the house and they did an amazing job. They installed LVP for us and then sanded, stained and put a runner on the stairs. They also sanded and stained the railings to match. It looks amazing and they did a great job of matching it to the floor that was on the other level of the house that had been done more than 10 years ago. Their teams were awesome. Always on time and worked very hard. I'm already planning to use them when we redo the carpet in the basement.

I would highly recommend and we would absolutely use them again. After several bad experiences with other flooring companies, we chose FCI. They were always prompt to respond and provided a competitive price for full basement LVP flooring and carpet on the stairs - this also included leveling. They stayed on budget and on schedule. Everyone was respectful to the property and professional. They did a great installation and cleaned up afterwards. When we have flooring needs in the future, we will certainly use them again.

We had new carpets installed and hardwood floors refinished. The process was amazingly simple. Jennie came to our home with samples and spent quite a bit of time reviewing options with us. She gave us different proposals based on the various types of carpets we were debating. The installation was on-time and the results are beautiful. Would recommend for both hardwood floors and carpet.
