I had a fantastic experience with Eric at Floor Coverings International! He was incredibly quick to respond, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient as I worked through all of the different flooring options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I decided to remove the carpet from my stairs and replace it with hardwood, replace the carpet in my bathroom with high-end LVP, and update all of the upstairs carpet from outdated, dirty shag to a beautiful low-pile cream carpet. The transformation is incredible — I included before-and-after photos so you can see the difference! I received multiple quotes, and Eric’s was by far the most competitive. The installation was professional, and the finished result looks fantastic! I’m so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Eric and Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for new flooring

Cindy spent a good amount of time educating my husband and I about their flooring, what to expect and care of the floor. She brought samples for me to choose. Leo our installer was so pleasant and easy to work with. He did an exceptional job! Our floors are beautiful, they feel so nice and warm and my rooms look larger. Communication was stellar.
