Floor Coverings Int’l was wonderful to work with! James started working even before our first consultation, he asked me to text him pictures of styles that I liked, and then brought those and four others to choose from. There are plenty of other samples in his truck, but he did not want to overwhelm me. Once I narrowed it down to two, he brought full-size samples for me to keep until I made my decision with absolutely no pressure. Once decisions were made, the install crew were so personable and professional. As with any installation, there are hiccups, but James was on top of it and kept me informed and made sure they were resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend working with them and wish them continued success in their business..

We had such a great experience with Floor Coverings International Northeast from start to finish. Jennie and Felisha came to our home to measure, help us choose carpet, and provide a quote. They spent a considerable amount of time walking me through the different options and helping me decide what would work best with our space, lighting, and overall design. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the products they offer. We also needed a new stair nose installed, and they made sure a qualified woodworker handled it separately rather than having the carpet installers do it at the same time. I really appreciated that attention to detail and their commitment to making sure it was installed and stained properly. Denilson completed that portion of the project and was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Ivan and his team then installed the carpet, and the finished result looks amazing. We chose a patterned carpet for the stairs, and Ivan was incredibly meticulous about keeping the pattern aligned all the way through the landing. That detail mattered a lot to me, and I truly appreciated the time and care he put into getting it right. The entire installation team was professional, fast, and clearly experienced. Alex also checked in throughout the process, followed up with all the necessary information, and made sure everything went according to plan. He made it clear that the priority was ensuring we were completely satisfied with the finished project. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and committed to doing the job correctly, and I would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International Northeast.

He came out to inspect the property in a timely matter and we were impressed with him and his estimate for installation of manufactured hardwoods in two bedrooms in our Condo. Within a week his team did a great job of installing and finishing the hardwoods. The installation and clean up were done in a day as promised and we were impressed and delighted with the finished job. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Thank you Berry!
