We had Greg and Kelly’s crew install new carpet throughout our house and some LVP flooring in the laundry room. They also replaced several broken Travertine tiles in our kitchen. The work on each of these projects was outstanding! The broken tiles were 20 years old, but fortunately we had some spares. Greg recommended getting some “dirty” grout to match the existing grout. When that project was completed, no one could pick out the newly installed tiles. I would not hesitate to use these guys again! Our thanks to Kelly, Greg and their team!!

I needed a special solution to patch laminate flooring in a bathroon where a vanity was replaced and l hoped not to replace the entire floor. Eduardo had tricks up his sleeve, successfully patched it and it looks just wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend FCI to friends, family and neighbors with flooring needs, or to use their services again in the future.

From the moment I spoke with Alex to the time I met Jennie , they were professional, friendly, Jennie is so amazing, she took the time to answer my questions and explained the installation process thoroughly. I was super nervous at first but meeting Jennie made me so relaxed and I was confident she would deliver her Job and keep to her words. The quality of their work was excellent and outstanding. They paid close attention to every detail, making sure the carpet was perfectly aligned, the seams were practically invisible, and the edges were finished beautifully. The entire home looks brand new, and the carpet feels amazing underfoot. What impressed me the most was how organized they were. They worked carefully and cleaned up everything before they left. It’s not easy to find contractors who combine excellent craftsmanship with great customer service, but this team exceeded my expectations in every way. Miguel was out quickly with samples to get carpet replaced in a closet after a pipe burst. Good product ordered and installed within days, coordinating with other contractors to help get my wife moved back into her closet in less time. Miguel made a tough situation a bit easier.
