They were competitive, and I went with them because I liked the way they communicate and their "handholding" during the process. They are not one of those companies that you have to worry if they are going to show up after they get a deposit.

Kim and the FCI Brookhaven team did a fantastic job on our wood flooring, staining and tile installation. We had a leak which required significant restoration. While other contractors quoted and pushed for a much larger (and unnecessary) scope, Kim was honest about to handle the project. He worked through the insurance process and kept me up to date as the project progressed. The whole crew was organized and the installation was as promised. Kim has a wealth of knowledge and referred me to other honest contractors who handled painting and drywall. I highly recommend Kim and FCI Brookhaven and will definitely be using them again.

I had several quotes presented, but the personal follow up from the owner won the bid. You never know going into a major project like this, but the communication before, during and after was more than welcome. The guys came in, moved the furniture, laid the floor and moved the furniture back. The floors look so good and the company kept all promises. Very professional and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their floors.

Johnny, Juan, and Felipe, the installers, showed up on time and were very informative, courteous, and wow did they work. Moved all the heavy furniture from 4 bedrooms/closets, removed old padding/carpet, installed new padding/carpet, replaced the furniture and vacuumed everywhere. The finished project looks and feels great. Eric was great at communications from start to finish and checked a few days after completion to make sure we were satisfied. If you are looking for a professional, quality, price competitive flooring installer you can't go wrong with FCI of Alpharetta. We highly recommend.
