Eric and his crew did an amazing job. We had two rooms and 2 walk in closets of hardwood floors installed, and I could not be happier with the results. They matched the hallway and used all greenguard gold certified products per my request, so there was zero smell after the install. Super happy with the results. I got about 7 quotes and went with Floor Coverings International due to their competitive price, willingness to use the water based stain I preferred and professionalism/communication. This company was also the only company that actually chemically tested the wood to ensure it was what we thought it was prior to the install and took the time to explain all the steps etc. Highly Recommend.

We replaced all carpet in our entire home. After researching several potential suppliers including big box stores, national chains, and local franchises, we chose FCI-Alpharetta for several reasons: 1) the employees were all highly responsive to our needs as well as professional in all interactions, 2) the prices were transparent and competitive, 3) the install team went above and beyond to assist us. I had several quotes presented, but the personal follow up from the owner won the bid. You never know going into a major project like this, but the communication before, during and after was more than welcome. The guys came in, moved the furniture, laid the floor and moved the furniture back. The floors look so good and the company kept all promises. Very professional and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their floors.

Could not be happier with our choice of FCI of Alpharetta to handle our upstairs carpeting project. Eric came to our home twice with a number of samples and give advice on each, measured the different rooms/closets, and provided a no cost quote. Johnny, Juan, and Felipe, the installers, showed up on time and were very informative, courteous, and wow did they work. Moved all the heavy furniture from 4 bedrooms/closets, removed old padding/carpet, installed new padding/carpet, replaced the furniture and vacuumed everywhere. The finished project looks and feels great. Eric was great at communications from start to finish and checked a few days after completion to make sure we were satisfied. If you are looking for a professional, quality, price competitive flooring installer you can't go wrong with FCI of Alpharetta. We highly recommend.

Eric's team did a great job on our floors! After we were ghosted by several other flooring companies, they were quick to come out and give us a quote, and worked with us to submit the correct documentation to our insurance company. They were super responsive both before and after the job, and completed the work in less than a day despite complications with our old floorboards being glued down. Would definitely recommend them!

This was a great experience! I found FCI on yelp. Eric was the first to reach out and was extremely responsive. He did a zero pressure consultation to see what our needs were and was extremely friendly and engaging. The pricing was upfront and reasonable. We are so happy with our new stair carpet runner! The in home consultation was super easy to schedule online, and we appreciated all the clear and timely communication about installation. We had a whole crew come to get the installation done quickly and efficiently. We have an odd shaped landing in the middle of the stairway and the runner was tailored to the space and looks great! Our furry friend approves.
