We can’t say enough good things about our experience with FCI Alpharetta. Going into this project with limited knowledge of flooring, my wife and I set out to replace our carpet. From the initial in-home consultation to the final walkthrough, Eric and his team ensured we were completely happy every step of the way. We ended up redoing our floors, stairs, and handrails, and we absolutely love the final result. Eric even came onsite himself for a few touch-ups during installation to make sure everything was perfect. I had a fantastic experience with Eric at Floor Coverings International! He was incredibly quick to respond, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient as I worked through all of the different flooring options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I decided to remove the carpet from my stairs and replace it with hardwood, replace the carpet in my bathroom with high-end LVP, and update all of the upstairs carpet from outdated, dirty shag to a beautiful low-pile cream carpet. The transformation is incredible — I included before-and-after photos so you can see the difference! I received multiple quotes, and Eric’s was by far the most competitive. The installation was professional, and the finished result looks fantastic! I’m so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Eric and Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for new flooring

Our experience with FCI of Alpharetta was top notch on what to us was a very big project. We had 30 year old carpeted floors throughout the house except in the kitchen and foyer. We updated by tearing out the carpet and replacing with hardwood and tile floors on the main level and laminate flooring upstairs and refinishing existing wooden floors. It was a major undertaking with scheduling complications that FCI stayed on top of the whole way, communicated well with us, promptly dealt with any questions or concerns we had along the way. The floors are beautiful! We have received many compliments from friends and family. Everyone was professional, hard working and efficient. I could tell everyone involved, from top management and sales to project manager and the artisans took pride in their craft. Thank you FCI for our renewed home!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Alpharetta. I got quotes from several different companies, including the big box stores, and I’m so glad we chose a local business. Not only were they the most competitively priced, but they also had a better selection of flooring options than many of the larger companies. Eric and his team were professional, patient, and never made us feel rushed during the decision-making process. Our project ended up being a little more complicated than expected, but they took the extra time and care to make sure everything was done right. The finished result looks fantastic, and it’s clear they truly care about the quality of their work and their customers’ satisfaction. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Eric and his crew did an amazing job. We had two rooms and 2 walk in closets of hardwood floors installed, and I could not be happier with the results. They matched the hallway and used all greenguard gold certified products per my request, so there was zero smell after the install. Super happy with the results. I got about 7 quotes and went with Floor Coverings International due to their competitive price, willingness to use the water based stain I preferred and professionalism/communication. This company was also the only company that actually chemically tested the wood to ensure it was what we thought it was prior to the install and took the time to explain all the steps etc. Highly Recommend.

We replaced all carpet in our entire home.
